25/10 10:47pm bus. I knew your bus needs to be change in custom at JB. Also understand the traffic not good due to the weekend. But I cannot tolerating that kind of irresponsible driver that Jz simply answer without checking the bus whether already there! Don’t you understand I’m taking the fxxking heavy laptop bag and my big luggage and all the way searching the bus that you all said, “that side, at that side”, but in fact is the bus not even reach JB custom. I don’t mind seat on beside and wait. But can you please stop to made us to search the bus like that?

As mentioned by other reviewers, one star is too generous for this bus company. I was supposed to be departing on 9:30 pm time slot but in reality it is actually equivalent to 11pm time slot.

They used the tactic of shipping their passengers out from Singapore via transfer bus at multiple time slot but you had to wait for the actual bus in Johor.

Currently At 12:35am, I am still waiting for the bus to depart, their reason for the wait is that they are still waiting for passengers who are coming from Singapore. So yes in reality they only have one time slot. What a total waste of time. I even overheard the one passenger waited since 8pm.

Bait and switch, they could have just be honest with the actual time slot and I would be ok with that

When I took a bus from KL to singapore I missing the bus.I stayed immigration Driver very rude. He smoking and used cellphones when He driving the bus. Driver didn’t checked passengers. Please Don’t take a starmart bus. They didn’t still apologized

If I have a choice, I will give minus star.
It is horrible to keep passengers wait for almost 1 hr for a bus. If your service is that poor, I am sure sooner or later your company will call it an end. Never respect passenger's time and safety.
If you never improve your service and even your counter staff to do service recovery for your poor management, you are going to be eliminated in the market one day.

We are supposed to leave at 9.15am from Sg to Malacca! Guess what, first after booking the ticket they then told us we need to connect to another coach.

Fine with us! But the most ridiculous thing is both their drivers simply didn’t communicate with one another and we are being driven around Kallang Riverside, lavender road and finally back to Golden Mile Tower again! It is already 1hr 15 mins wasted on our precious time since 9.15am departure from Golden Mile Tower!

My sincere advice to all passengers, please don’t book or take any bus coaches from Starmart! Simply no service and the worst coach experience we ever have!

Aldrin Tee (12/03/2018 00:12)
This is the worst encounter of a service staff I have ever seen in all my travels and in my entire life. Staff at the counter was extremely rude. Upon issuing the ticket I smiled and said thank you , and instead she continuously waved me away, and told me to go away. Such horrible social behavior is unexpected, more so from a service provider.

One star is too generous: KL-SG leaving 11:30am is to arrive at Boon Lay and Golden Mile but yesterday it dropped my aged (70s) parents at Golden Mile during a rain storm while I was waiting at Boon Lay, where they were ticketed to arrive. The driver went straight from the border to Golden Mile!

My parents are not overly familiar with Singapore and are tourists here, but the driver just dumped them by the side of the road in the rain at a place they didn’t expect to be.

How can any civil minded company/person even consider this acceptable? It took us 2hrs and more than S$20 to sort it all out. I couldn’t reach Golden Mile due to the weather and traffic jams so my parents jumped in a taxi to a half way point where I could exit the jams and park.

The distance between Boon Lay and Golden Mile is not small, on opposite sides of the island, and the reason for choosing this schedule was purely for stopping first on the west side. The bus passes nearby Boon Lay anyway en-route to the city, it’s not a huge deviation so there is no obvious reason just to bypass it unless the driver is penalised for turning up Golden Mile outside a specific time slot. Journey time from KL, though, was good and no jams so I cannot believe he was running late.

This bus company does not deserve an operating licence if it cannot contractually or morally meet its obligations to fare paying people (PEOPLE, not just passengers!) to pick up and drop off at points ticketed.

No amount of “sorry for your inconvenience” settles such operating practises.

Other than timeliness, the journey was smooth and comfortable. Booked a 4pm coach to Melaka and reached at around 9.30pm. Though the coach only had 2 passengers, they still kept their promise to continue operate the scheduled bus. Had to change to another bus midway in Singapore before reaching custom but not much hassle experienced. The seat was very comfortable and the coach was very clean and well maintained.

Fanny Loi (21/11/2017 04:06)
I have been a loyal customer with this company since 5 years ago. But, it's seem like the service becoming worse. Bus didn't turn out at the promised time and keep us waiting long time at JB custom. Also, it's not the first time, i purchased tickets through online booking with reserved seat number. But, ended up it's becoming 'Free Seating' !!! Save for the comfortable seats, i would have rated this 1 star.

Rachel Sing (06/11/2017 04:14)
Person in charge,
I am the passenger with my bro and sis were took the bus AKH 6666!
1) I was so disappointed on the bus arrangements after Malaysia custom. All passengers waiting for an hour to depart. My bro and sis are rushing to airport and reach there on 5.30am! Never mind, still can abit to catch the flight although an hour waited!

2) However, this incident was make me really PISSED! The driver with white sweater and long hair was stopped us at one of R&R and disappeared for 2 hours! I guessed he is overslept! And this case I can’t catch up my flight and have to book again for my flight ticket!
I can’t understand why have this kind of irresponsible people as driver! No kidding we waiting for almost 2 hours from 2.30am to 4.20am!

Lena Walz (31/10/2017 14:23)
Instead of 4 to 5 hours it took 8 hours to KL from Singapore. And without a nice woman, who was also in the bus, I would have been lost because the driver's didn't tell us anything about stops, the border controls, breaks etc.
But at the beginning they checked names if everyone is in the bus, when we changed the bus they counted the people. Just during breaks they never checked it.
But everything worked out and I arrived safely. First bus was very comfy with much space, the second the same only less space.

Justin Reay (20/10/2017 06:20)
I cannot believe our experience with this company. The bus condition was totally fine, and comfortable, and the area that we stopped was quite good. The problem was when we finally reached Singapore. Once everyone got through the border the bus was locked and the driver could not be found. After everyone sat around for 30 minutes waiting the bus driver finally emerged from the bus that we thought was empty (this was after we were already 2 hours behind schedule when people were rushing for their flights). When one of the passengers expressed their displeasure the bus driver grabbed his neck and became extremely violent. A confrontation was only stopped because because of some other helpful passengers. The bus driver then proceeded to yell at everyone blaming the passengers for not waking him up, even though he never told us to and he was sleeping on the bus out of everyone's vision. I have never been more disgusted and taken aback with a company in my life. If that had happened in my home country the driver would have not only been fired on the spot but there would most likely be criminal charges. We expected so much more, and all I can say is use one of the other 10 comparable companies.

Gareth Loh (05/09/2017 07:09)
Do not book your tickets here! You've been warned! The drivers they employ are horrible! Booked tickets to malacca twice to drop off at hotel equatorial. Twice the drivers tried to get rid of passengers at melaka sentral. Don't book tickets from this company!

ankur sharma (04/09/2017 05:54)
My bus driver slept while driving, and drove the bus into the plastic dividers of the road. And then the bus went out of control but thankfully he managed to get to the control and his f-ing consciousness. Remaining 4 hours of journey were really horrifying.
Date/time of travel : 3rd Sept 2017 10pm
From: KL
To: Singapore

Suman Parvez (03/09/2017 12:57)
Booked for a trip by Starmart Express (SVIP) from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur for 2 persons. Each one way ticket cost us S$50. Service was exceptionally bad. First one small bus (PZ) took us from Golden mile complex to Johor Bahru, Malaysia immigration. Once we cleared immigration we were sent to a bus with company name 'Bas Persiaran' which was dirty and had been waiting for passengers for 1.5 hours until full. I'm never going to use their service again.

Luqman M (12/07/2017 22:28)
I took the midnight bus to KL. Everything went fine, on schedule and reached KL Sentral in about 5 hours. Very comfortable seats, smooth process at the checkpoints. only thing - the USB port and massager built into the seat didn't work.

Shyam Sundar (09/07/2017 11:48)
After reading the past few reviews of this tour bus, I was genuinely anxious about my trip from SG-KL. However, the trip was pretty smooth. The bus departed 5 mins late, which was quite okay, and only stopped at one petrol station on the way to KL. the entire journey took around 6 hrs (with about 1.5hrs spent at the customs on a Friday evening). Overall satisfied with the service provided.

Divaghar A/L Voothayakumar (06/07/2017 05:38)
I strongly recommend the consumers not to purchase tickets from this Bus Company. I bought my ticket via online for a 1 way trip to Taiping Perak from Bandar Tasik Selatan ( schedule journey at 1.00pm -6th July 2017). I went an hour earlier to the departure gate. Around 1.05pm on the large screen it was written that bus is delayed. Around 1.20pm I was nudged by the customer service representative of TBD bus station that my trip to Taiping Perak is canceled due to technical issues of the Starmart Bas Express. This is clearly not professional of running a bus company to the consumers. Besides this is my 2nd experience with this so said reputed company. Terrible experience

Nur Ismah Syamimi Jamaludin (24/06/2017 08:39)
The review shows the truth. I'm supposed to depart at 10.30am, yet the bus started to move at 12.15pm, not because of road congestion but its about the management. Late depart due to no drivers. I bought the ticket about 3 months before, means the schedule already been set up for the bus trip. 1 star because I safely arrived although it was late. Thank you.

I book a bus with redbus for my trip to klang. My estimated travel arrival time was supposed to be 1645. However i reached my destination at 2000 at klang sentral terminal. I do understand that there could be hiccups in the journey such as traffic jam and other issues. However this reason was endogenous as the driver did not know how to navigate from KL to Klang. I was appalled as there was no sense of professionalism in StarMart as a principal to ensure that their staff was fully proficient in navigating his way through. I had to use my roaming data and gps to navigate the entire bus to the destination upon seeing that the bus driver was helpless.

However i smell a conspiracy theory here as when my gps was lagging, i directed the driver the wrong way and he was quick to clarify with me again. I felt that the bus driver purposely chose to drag the commute time. I am not 100% confident on this as i am not sure regarding the company's policies on the remuneration of their bus drivers.

Ultimately, i was just shock that the starmart sent a bus driver that did not know his way.

Secondly, On my trip back from klang to Singapore, I took the bus Starmart. Unfortunately there was an accident, there was a huge rock that was wedged between the gap of the back left tyre. The bus driver tried to take it out but to no avail. He rope all of us in and we tried to helped him as well. I injured my wrist while doing so as we hammered the rock into pieces for an hour. It was really dangerous come to think of it as cars were driving past us on a dark road. There was this occasion when the driver went back to the vehicle to drive forward to adjust the rock in the wheel to a more favourable position and unknowningly, one of the rider was still trying to unwedge the rock. Luckily he manage avoid and slip his hand out. On the other occasion, the driver even suggested for someone to hold a metal rod against the rock to ensure that the metal rod stays firm while he drives the vehile back. The whole notion was to use the bus propelling force to drive the rock out through the rod. I immediately dismissed that idea as it was feasible but extremely dangerous.

I do not blame the driver fully as i saw his desperation and his efforts in trying to remove the rock. But i blame the company as well. The driver tried to call his boss but i heard his boss was not helpful in bringing in a new bus to accomodate us. I felt that the company did not have a proper guidelines for crisis management and their staff was not properly train to handle such circumstances.

It was fortunately that no one was dead but personally i sustained wrist injuries and my brother's camera lens was scratched while attempting to shine his torchlight using his phone on the rock. And when the pieces of the rock flew out, it scratched his lens. I hope that starmart could do something about this.

It was 5:00 am in the morning, as I took a bit longer in customs on Malaysia side because some officers didn't let me go through, I went to get my bag back 10 min after we have arrived and the bus was already gone without me. Left me in the border without any of my things!
Had several issues to communicate with the drivers so they could get my bag back, spent 5 hours in the Singapore border with nothing but my phone and passport. Called the company but they couldn't help at all, not interested.
When another driver finally gave me my bag back, my money was gone!! They STOLE $100 US from inside my bag. I could barely go back to KL with some money they decided not to steal.
Wasn't expecting the best service because of the price but definitely not STEALING AND LEAVING PASSENGERS AT THE BORDER.
Worst company ever!

The most bad service in my coach experience. We bought ticket from Singapore to Bagan Serai on 28/3/2017, 10.01pm. We reached the coach counter around 9.32pm and the counter girl told me we have to took a PZ bus to custom (JB) then transfer to the actual bus that go to Bagan Serai. Well, doesn't matter. We still have time and follow the instruction. When we went outside, I asked the starmart staff where is the PZ bus as the counter said the PZ bus already outside (PZ bus is the mix-and-match bus, free sit in 45 pax capacity to the custom), the staff said wait and they will call once PZ bus arrived. After we wait for 30 minutes, gt 1 bus coming and most of the passenger run to the bus, we didn't run there because the staff asked us to wait, and mentioned this is not the PZ bus. Luckily, gt 1 India girl come and told us this is PZ bus with limited seat, that's why they asked us to wait.
I quickly run to the bus but it's already full seat. There is another bus behind (also the PZ bus), but the staff said this is not their PZ bus, ask the starmart customer drop off from the bus. End up, he admitted his fault and said this is PZ bus. Finally, we on board on the PZ bus toward custom around 10.45pm. Once we pass the custom check and reached JB custom around 1.30am (jam at the SG custom as some passenger holding white card and long queue at the custom counter), we found our bus AJS 33 at JB Custom Coach Parking Area. They still waiting for 3 passenger (total around 28-30 capacity in this bus).

THIS IS THE MOST ANGRY PART!!!!!!
This 3 passengers keep us waiting until 3.50am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I already fall in slept and woke up FEW TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!! The bus company NEVER call the late passenger, one of the passenger (among these 3 late coming) already done checking from JB custom and waiting there. When the bus crew asked her to on board, she SAID wait, she doesn't want to on board first! WHAT THE HELL?! and WHAT THE STUPID EGO FATTY WOMAN!!!!!!
Funniest is the staff returned back to the coach and told driver this incident, they still keep waiting (They don't bother to call a=or swop with other bus). Initially, bus will depart earlier but dragged UNTIL 3.50am!!!!!!!!!!!! The driver said very late to depart, no choice, swop with other buses and depart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We took 14 hours to Bagan Serai (initially only need 10 hours)

STUPID IDIOT BUS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

p/s: This post can't uploaded because I didn't rate them star. I can only post after I rate.
THIS SHOULD BE NEGATIVE MARK FOR THIS COACH COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
THIS STAR NOT FROM MY PART, I CHOOSE 1 STAR JUST WANT TO POST THIS REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!

I took a bus from melaka sentral to KLIA2, at 4.30pm. The bus supposed to reach at 6.30pm but it ended up reaching at 7.45pm. The bus was late for almost 45 minutes at first, and after the bus depart for about 5 minutes, the driver stopped at the petrol station for almost 30 minutes. I was late, my flight ticket burned and I was forced to buy another ticket for RM400 as it was so late and too dangerous to stay until the next morning for a cheaper flight. It was so irresponsible as a bus company, where your buses are heading to airport especially.

Vinay Puree (27/02/2017 06:14)
We traveled from Singapore to KL on Feb 18th. The bus service was very good. The chairs were very comfortable. Except the time consumed at the order, the bus service was very efficient. I had a wonderful experience. I traveled by AGR 9393, and forgot my Jacket behind. As soon as I realized, I reported to staff at Berjaya Time staff. They were very helpful. They traced it and I picked from them 2 days later. That is fantastic service. I would not hesitate to travel again with Starmart.

Greeting,

To whom it may concerned,

There are few feedback about this journey.

First, I felt disappointed when my seat was taken by another person when I board the bus. I tried to search help from the driver, however, he did not give me the seat, but instruct me to sit at the available seat at the back of the bus. Seriously, I quite up-sad on this as there is no point for us to buy bus ticket with seat number if I am not given that seat. Some more, there is reason why I buy the in front seat as I feel giddy to sit at the back of the bus.

Secondly, the driver is not counting the number of passengers when depart. As a consequences, I miss the bus after passing the Singapore custom. It seriously trouble me a lot as it already late at that time and there is no public buses and cab at the custom on that time. Hopefully my feedback will turn into action to provide a better service in future.

Thank you.

First ride with starmart is horrible. Bus arrived 10 minutes late at terminal and it took them another 30 minutes to do headcount. Bus is not comfortable and I suffered the whole journey as the bus bumped along the road. I thought it was a direct bus to Singapore but turned out it stopped two times to drop off passengers at Johor. It was really a waste of time.We were told to change bus at Malaysia custom and the shocking part was the driver was not even in uniform but shorts and t shirt. This is unacceptable. The whole journey took 5 hours. Talk about value for money !!!

Do you hate your life? Have too much time? Are some kind of immortal vampire looking for new and novel ways to throw away your unending days? Then take a ride with starmart, they take twice as long to get there as the other bus companies! Their drivers will argue with one another, shift you around on random busses, and fall asleep at rest stops to ensure that you'll take far longer to get there than any other business company! Talk about value for money!

We travelled from Singapore to Kl and return. The service was amazing. The buses are well maintained and take only one stop. We really liked it especially the massage chairs.

We had a very good experience with Starmart Express.
We booked our ticket from Singapore to Mersing beforehand, but as we had some trouble to find the Golden Mile Complex, we missed our bus.
But the staff immediately looked for a solution. They booked us another bus half an hour later that was going to another destination, but they made sure that we caught the right bus to Mersing after the border immigration. This bus was waiting for us and drove for only the two of us to Mersing.
The buses are also really comfortable, big chairs and easy to sleep in them.
Recommendation!

I had a really bad experience with starmart's service. I had bought a bus ticket to butterworth from Singapore, the departure date and time is 9 Sept'16, 8.30pm. When I reached Golden Mile Tower on that day, it was a chaos there, buses jam in front of Golden Mile Tower. Buses were delayed and many people were waiting for their bus. I went to the counter to get my bus number at 8.20pm, as the staff there told me that for passenger depart on 8.30pm, only can check in on 8.20pm. So I get this number AHS 888, and the staff there striked off my departure time and changed to 8.32pm (which I can't understand what is the different?)

After I get the number I walked around to check whether my bus has reached or not, and I can't find it, so I just wait for it. Around 9pm, a Malay girl (Starmart's staff who announced the bus number that has reached) announced the bus number AHS 888. So, I walked around and go find the bus but I can't find it. So I asked the Malay girl and she said I heard wrongly, the number she announced was AHT 888 (but I didn't see the bus with this number as well).

So, I continued to wait. After a while later she announced AHS 888 last call. I was so nervous and ran around to find the bus but still, I can't find it. I asked the Malay girl but she didn't give me a clear answer and ignored me. I continued running here and there to find it and then, I finally saw the bus with AHS 888 car plate drove in. I boarded the bus and then an Indian girl started to check ticket.

After she checked my ticket for two times, she asked me to pass her my ticket and then she asked me go out from the bus and said that this bus is full. She passed my ticket to an Indian guy (a starmart's staff) outside the bus. I argued with them that isn't this bus is AHS 888 which same as what written on my ticket. The Indian guy told me that my bus already left, and this is not my bus. But two buses using the same number? How can it be possible?

He told me to board another bus going to Pantai Remis and change to another bus at JB custom. But I was so disappointed with their service and felt insecured. So I decided not to follow what he said. I am so unsatisfy with their service, they never organized well but just earning the ticket fare.

On 23-Jul-2016, I bought 7 tickets from Singapore (Boon Lay) to Kluang for 03-Sep-2016.
We arrived at Boon Lay Shopping Centre at about 12pm on 03-Sep-2016. Our bus is scheduled to depart from there at 12:30pm.
We waited there until almost 12:30pm but we still did not see the bus. So I went to Starmart office to enquire about our bus. The staff there told me the bus has just left. She said I am supposed to go to the office to get the bus number, and that the bus left at 12:30pm.
I was shocked to hear that and I told her that no one tell me about I need to get the bus number from the office, that is why we were waiting at the bus stop at the road side.
The staff tried to contact the bus driver and by the time she (or may be her colleague) get contacted with the bus driver, the bus driver said he already entered the highway and can't turn back.
After a while, the staff managed to arrange a bus (bound for KL) to pick us up at 1:30pm and send us to JB checkpoint (after Tuas Checkpoint). She said the bus that we missed will wait for us there.
Unfortunately, those foreign passages in the bus took very long time to clear the Tuas Checkpoint and the bus that is supposed to wait for us at JB side already left by the time we arrived there.
Starmart eventually arranged a bus to bring us from JB Checkpoint to Kluang, a bus they arranged solely to bring my family to Kluang.
I was surprise and felt extremely touched by the way Starmart staffs attitude in dealing their customers.
Finally, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Starmart staffs who had assist my family in this matter.

Everything written here about this company is true! Starmart coach ticket is cheaper than other company but buyers beware. The old sayings is cheap and nasty experience!
I took the bus from Singapore to Malacca last Monday. The bus departed on time and there were only 7 passengers. We arrived at Malacca Sentral and 3 passengers disembarked. There was a young Japanese couple whose destination was Mahkota Plaza. The Malay bus driver told them to get off the bus and said that the bus did not go there. The driver then asked the couple to pay him 30 ringgits if they wanted to be dropped off there. Unreluctantly the couple complied. As for us, we were to be dropped off at Hotel Equatorial with no extra charge. On arrival at Mahkota Plaza, the driver told us all to get off. I then asked him the location of the hotel and he just pointed towards Mahkota hospital. Luckily, the hotel was only a 10 minutes walk. The driver has an aggressive and intimidating behaviour, not a good representative to promote tourism in Malaysia.
Our return journey was also a nightmare. Our departure time was 1430hr from Mahkota Medical Center. We were transported to the Sentral on the stated time as the bus to Singapore would depart from there. Unfortunately, on arrival we were told that the bus would depart at 1630 hour. The bus departed as stated but the driver then spend 30 minutes at the petrol filling kiosk soon leaving Sentral. The bus then had to detour to drop off couple of passengers at Larkin. Just before arriving at the 2nd Causeway Link, the driver then announced that that he needs a 30 minutes dinner break. This delayed the return journey even more. I could have flown from Singapore to Perth for the same time as the bus journey from Malacca to Singapore!
The following day, I rang the company and spoke to Ravi. He was most apologetic and would counsel the drivers. As he said, if you sacked the bus driver they would just moved to another company.
BUYERS BEWARE!!

Best driver ever! We recently travelled on a Starmart Bus from Singapore to LEGOLAND in Malaysia. I accidently left my handbag on the bus. I rang the company, they managed to get hold of the driver who phoned me back at my hotel and arranged to drop it off to me with everything there (cash, credit cards, prescription sunglasses, iphone, etc). Thanks to the driver Mr. Aidil a big disaster was averted and I am so grateful. Also the bus was extremely comfortable (yes, it was a few minutes late but who cares when you get such good honest service on a luxury bus). Thank you again Mr. Aidil and staff at Starmart Express!

I ve travelled a total of 6 trips with them. The last was the most horrid.

1. None of the times was the bus ever on time.
2. They never mention that the bus will stop at jurong or TBS or even seremban. Each time the bus stopped at a different place.
3. The convinence breaks are not at a proper r&r so no food is available.
5. They advertisie as a massage coach but not once did the massage chairs work.
6. Once the driver was expectionally rude as i was on the last seat and I kept my bag on the floor below ( not blocking anyone)
7. The last straw for me was on 15 march taking the bus back from
KL after waiting for almost an hour For the 7.30 bus i went to the washroom only to have the guy shout at me and say who asked u to go to the toilet.
8. The bus aircon above my seat was leaking and i was asked to sit at the first seat which has no leg room or a leg rest and the light frm oncoming cars made it impossible to sleep.
9. I made a complain about the staff to both Redbus as wel as Startmart and no one got back to me on any of the above mentioned issue.

Please do yourself a favor dont take this bus ever!

There's a Chinese lady staff named Tan We Ling is being very rude! At first I told her that I'm buying ticket to go to KL, 1159pm, then she issued the ticket which is heading to Malacca at 11pm. I was "huh??", and she being mad at me and keeps saying I'm the wrong one. After that, the ticket was edited with the correct destination and time BUT she wanted to charge me $35, I saw it is only $30 online, what for I purposely go to the company and buy if online is cheaper?? I don't know what's going wrong with the price? And I requested another two indian staffs, who are very polite, to check it out for me. The rating of one star is for the another two Indians staff, otherwise it'll turn up to NO Star.
To starmart express, is that rude attitude your staff should being so?

Improper management. The bus was good while going to kl. But while coming back I booked in its sister concern, Quistna express, the bus was pathetic and it was unbearable to survive the return journey. They also switched the bus from 30 odd seater to 44 which made the journey very unpleasant.

Bus was very late. Supposed to leave at 730am, bus only came at 930am. Resulted in us being stuck in a very bad jam at causeway. Avoid this company at all cost.
