This was the first ever Starbucks I visited in Singapore. It is your typical Starbucks albeit on the smallish side compared to what I am used to in Vancouver. Coffee is typical Starbucks. The furnishings are typical Starbucks albeit on the tired side.
But something atypical happened the night we were there. The place was nearly empty as it was the eve of the Chinese New Year and also an hour to closing time. Got into friendly chat with the lady server about how Starbucks offers free WiFi regardless of the country. She eventually learned that we were visiting from Canada. On our way out, she handed me a piece of paper.
It said: "Hi there. I hope you will enjoy your stay here in Singapore. Have a good journey and be safe on your way back to your country okay? Nice to meet you two. Sha.
Starbucks, Seattle, and Singapore should be proud of you , Sha : ) I have visited coffee shops, including Starbucks, in many countries but you were the first server to go out of one's way to make us feel welcome to his/her country.

Has a miserable experience here in Starbucks, as it was crowded and felt really run down. With students studying, music blaring, staff making coffee loudly, and couch feeling warm with a very lousy air conditioning service. Coffee is also not the best that I'm had so far, as they started to scale down on the quality of coffee provided.

Like any other Starbucks, not quite impressed the last time I was here, as the aircon did not overpower the heat, resulting in a very warm experience even in the air conditioned space.

A Starbucks cafe located at the Singapore Land Tower. Usually crowded around lunch time.

After a tiring walk across the Merlion I went to this place. It was a refreshing experience having cofee over here. Mind you the place might be crowded with tourists. However you can choose to sit outside with good view on the merlion skyline.

This place is rather crowded throughout all day. I've been here several times and for 3 times I have been served the wrong drink or have been charged to my starbucks card instead of using my free drink allowance. So, while the quality of the coffee is still good here, I'd recommend to visit one of the other outlets nearby.

Good selection, good service but really crowded at lunch hour where the wait can at times be half-an-hour or more. Difficult to get a place during this period but then it is in the middle of the CBD. Outdoor and indoor seating are both covered.

Starbucks offers the same range everywhere, and no surprises here. The main value proposition here is the convenience - it's very central. Be aware that there are lots of coffee shops in the area, so you're spoilt for choice.
