Been going to Valley Point Starbucks outlet since it was opened as I live just opposite. Very peaceful & baristas are nice and bubbly.
However, on 8 March 2018 at about 5pm-ish after school and decided to get one for one with my sister. Did not recognise this barista that was serving us. I believe she is a new barista. We bought green tea cream Frappuccino & dark mocha Frappuccino for the one for one deal. Drinks were not blended properly and couldn’t even sip the green tea cream one at time because it wasn’t well blended. Could chew on bits and pieces of ice for the dark mocha one.
After we drank it, we developed stomachache + cramps & diarrhoea, only ones in the family who had this as we were the only ones who drank Starbucks on that day. Her service was okay but she cursed a lot of vulgarities afterwards when talking to her colleagues (in a joking manner) which I find , turns customers away. Did not get her name, but I hope the management do look into this matter.

A Starbucks outlet located at Valley Point. Usually packed during lunch time.

It's Starbucks so you know what you're getting. This branch is frequented by students studying or doing projects so seats can sometimes be scarce
