My travel agent in Australia organised airport transfer with this company from Singapore Airport to Hotel. They picked us up ok but dropped us off at wrong hotel. When leaving I even contacted them to confirm hotel and the time. They did not show up on time so had to get taxi at my own expense to airport - they turned up 1/2 hour later - I am still waiting a refund - until they improve service I do not recommend this company

I have been working with them as a partner travel agent across years. simply, they are my favorite partner over the Far East region.
