Not adequately staffed as a branch for the general public who require normal over-the-counter services.
Priority Banking Customers get to enjoy comfy seats in the lounge, a wide range of complimentary beverages including (good) coffee.
Don’t worry if you happen to be pre-occupied with what’s showing on tv. The coffee will be made and brought to you, just the way you like it (2 sugar 3 cream).
If you need counter service on your lunch hour, this branch isn’t for you. The sales personnel (with desks) only cater to people whose lunch hour run all day.

Apply credit card online. After 1 week only telling me need payslip with employer signature. After get employer to signed after 3days called and say dint received anything from me. Another 2 days later called to ask me need my own signature on my payslip too. After submitted, still another 3 days get called dint receive my payslip at all. I resent again with every of my email address then after 1 week say my credit card application get rejected. The f**king whole process took nearly 1 month then reject me. I called to ask the reason they said I never answer their call. Brilliant. Worst service ever. Whichever bank allowed this thing to happen should b punished and it definitely get m personal perma ban.

SCB this Branch weekly 7 Days open. It's really helpful for Clients. Good Banking
