We engaged Space Factor via Qanvast early February this year. Our interior designer, Michael Wong, is a great designer, project manager and advisor. What impressed me the most is that in the first meeting, he had prepared not only one but three layout drawings for us to choose and comment. His over 18 years of experience in the industry shows in his work, and he is not afraid of giving us constructive comment about our initial (and somehow naive) idea.
He always manages the project in a timely and professional manner. He is always responsive and replies our messages almost instantly. We in particular are thankful of him for calling back his carpenters and electricians multiple times to check and fix defects, however minor they are. The whole project finished in 2 months.
It was a joy to work with Michael and we wholeheartedly recommend Space Factor to everyone.

Dear All,
I am writing this review to share with you my experience with Space Factor interior design works for my condo in Yishun. In particular Michael Wong ( 98393390 )who has designed and co-ordinated the entire process from base to completion. The result of which was simply outstanding and great much to our expectations. This is my 3rd home experience with Michael and I must say Michael is a responsible and meticulous person who see thru even the most minute detail of his works. Practicality is his signature trademark that he will not compromised. He will ensured that what he proposes is what it will serves. And not just a mere piece of design work that serve no purpose.
At the end of which you can be assured that the quality and results are very much to your satisfaction.
I strongly recommend Michael of Space Factor to anyone who is planning to set up your new home.

We engaged Dolly and Eric after seeing firsthand the quality of the renovations works that they had done for my parents' place. They are very patient, professional and creative and are able to incorporate our requirements into the designs of the house. We were tight on time as we need to handover the keys to our previous place within 4 weeks. Not only did Dolly and Eric executed the entire renovation works within the tight timelines, they completed it with very good workmanship. It was a joy working with both of them on the renovation of our house. Thanks!

We love English country theme and the team did a fantastic work not just once but twice -in our 1st and 2nd home. They did well to address last min requests, were detailed, able to balance between liveability and aesthetics. Prompt follow up service as well. The team went the extra mile for us and we were very grateful. Price in my view was reasonable for the extensive carpentry we had.

They did my home renovation and I am really glad I appointed them. While I won’t share the actual end results due to privacy, the photos attached is their design for me and doesn’t greatly differ from then end results.
