Soul center Meditation courses completely transformed my life. I have done few meditation courses and higher teaching courses and each time walk out with valuable wisdom, tools and techniques. Vikas is amazing teacher who can deliver deep profound wisdom and lessons in very simple way which stay at your mind and heart and assist you to handle challenges life presents you. These wisdom/ lessons are absolutely transformative!

I have taken several classes at SoulCentre, all levels of meditation as well as higher teachings. The first course had such a positive impact on my life that I kept going back, hungry to learn more. Deep wisdom is combined with practical tools and techniques that are easily applicable in daily life. Vikas has the gift to make things simple and his stories and teachings are truly inspiring! In my three years living in Singapore, SoulCentre was transformational in my spiritual growth. I started with the Soulkids program and the training was full of essential life wisdom for kids but it benefitted our whole family. I continued with the meditation classes. Vikas is a master story teller and weaves ancient wisdom with current science and research, giving you the tools to live a happy and full life. When do you realize that you have grown in wisdom? I recently watched Kung Fu Panda 3 and the conversation between Master Shifu and Po reminded me of the wisdom taught at Meditation Courses by Vikas at SoulCentre. "Master Shifu: If you only do what you can do, you'll never be better than what you are.
Po: But I like who I am!
Master Shifu: You don't even know who you are!"

It has made me more conscious of the many blessings in my life. It has given me calmness and I live consciously every second of every day. Vikas is an amazing Meditation teacher.
