Office Mover services
We have engage Soon Seng transport to relocate our office from Woodland to Changi and they had practice super good moving experience for us. Their professional mover service help us from packing of our document to furniture assembly and dismemtling totally awesome. We just engage and they do the planning and next we know, the move from one place to another is done.
Keep up the good work and I will recommend their service to anyone.

We had an amazing relocation experience with Soon Seng.
Very punctual, unlike other companies that always had excuses to be late.
Very fast and professional - a whole team on 5-6 well-trained people dismantled and wrapped the furniture within around 1 hour.
Very smart - they are the only company who came to check the apartment first, estimated the number of carton boxes needed and brought us the boxes and the scotch tape the next day for a small deposit. When we unpacked two weeks after the relocation, we returned the boxes and got our deposit back. Genius! No additional money spent, no garbage left.

This is my first moving out experience, but thanks to Soon Seng, it has become a smooth and wonderful experience for me. Firstly, thanks to Jenny who is so efficient in giving me quotation and she helped me a lot with her professional advice to ensure for smooth transporting process. Thanks to her also I got a really good price, which was 1/2 price of other mover gave me.
Secondly, great thanks to the four powerful staffs who worked so efficiently and carefully in handling my stuffs. They are really professional movers, less talk, quick hands and deliver the job perfectly. They picked up my stuffs from 3 different locations from 10 amand finished assembling and all at 11 am. Super efficient!
Thank you Soon Seng, will surely engage your service again.
PS: please don't talk to Jolin when you need information, she's truly pain in the ass.

I hired soon Seng for a relocation work within Singapore, The team made a wonderful job, cleared the place in 1h30 to fulfill two trucks. Eventually everything was finished in 3h without any damage. Best movers i've seen so far and incredible value for money!

Their removal service is expensive compared to other removal services available in Singapore. I paid a premium but they rushed their service so much so that they placed my appliance trolley facing the wrong way and then dumped the washing machine on it. I expected better service than this.

Good customer service, administratively as well as operationally. Cost wise...transparent and reasonable...and not overly 'calculative'. Have engaged them 4 times already. The last 2 moves under their supervisors, John and Gabriel were well done! 👍🏼

Just needed to move a few big items to my new home. Soon Seng quoted a very reasonable price compared to other movers, some as much as 3X more. Some big name mover didn't even bother to reply me (my order too small?)
Excellent service, responsive and friendly follow up to my emails asking for quotes and information.
Movers on actual day arrived just ahead of scheduled timing and completed the packing and moving efficiently.

I'm a frequent mover, moving both within SG and from SG to the US twice and KL. My company has paid for the most expensive international movers. But when I have to pay for my own move, I've always used Soon Seng. They are a great team - highly professional, never rude, and work like a family. I've led large teams and I've worked with organisations both in SG and overseas. They are a more successful team than anything Harvard Business School might have studied! I'm a very demanding customer but I always recommend Soon Seng to my friends. (This time, they very kindly let me reschedule my move within one day's notice without charging a fee or giving me grief. It was a very stressful time for me and I remain very grateful indeed!)

Arranged for the office to send more ppl as we have very heavy machines to move. They sent 8ppl, 1 large n 1 medium lorry. The movers were all very nice and had no complains even though the stuff were soooo heavy. Had used other mover company before at a cheaper rate but the experience was so much worser. Overall, the charges were reasonable and no hidden costs at all. Thanks!
