Hi All,
I just wanted to register my new Phone with Sony. The registration process is a PIA! A real pain.
I needed to sign in with my email, but I forgot the ID and password. There is no way to get any help. No email to send a question. and after talking to a customer service rep on the phone, nothing happened after three days,even after I gave her my IMEI no, and she said she will help me to register the product and send me an email confirmation.
Why must Sony make a simple product warranty registration is so complex? When I register a Philips product, it was such a breeze! Wake up Sony!
