I'm frequent of Sofitel Manila and I can say this is a different experience. Sofitel SG has a resort feel to it but still enjoy the luxury of a hotel. The pool is big but very deep (2.4m) and kids mostly stay on the stairs side (1.4m after stairs). There are a lot of peacock and myna bird walking around which will snap your food when you are not looking at them. They aren't harming the kids though.
Breakfast in the restaurant is goos too although nothing beats Spiral in Manila (has more variety).

The best resort I've ever been to. The place is perfect for rejuvenation and relaxation. The staff is really helpful and professional. The chef is brilliant. The property is really beautiful and makes it hard to say goodbye to.

It's a lovely place to hang out for couples and families alike. We were here for a wedding banquet, and we were very much happy with the pleasant experience we got. Food was good, ambience of the location was lovely, and albeit small and pricey, it's very good for a very small cozy crowd. Do check them out the next time you're looking for a location!

I really like this place as a banquet hall. It's comfortable, the food is amazing, and the service is pretty good, or at least the time that I was there. Although it's relatively smaller and pricey, I really like how you can achieve a very intimate experience because of it. You get free toll entrance if you're able to quote the name of the couple or show the invitation, so all is good on the costing side, even for guests.

Huge motel. Everything about it was nicely done. Fast WiFi everywhere. 30m pool Fountains. flora and fauna abundant. Nice food and other facilities. Tariff was a little to expensive compared to others. Location could be better.

Beautiful gardens and a lovely lake side walk. Very well kept and although I didn't do it there was a buggy tour. Only thing I will say is the walk way was very short so not really worth the money seeing as you could go to the bridge and get similar views

This is an awesome resort. We did a staycation for our 1 year anniversary, the rooms are large and luxurious. The food and drinks are also of high quality. We visited the spa for the day which is must do for full relaxation! Only thing I would like to see improved is some more staff around the pool and bar area for some more consistent service.

Good : Big rooms. Quiet location.
Bad : far from most activities n restaurants on the island. Restaurant staff can be much more helpful n friendly to make the overall stay enjoyable.

From the moment you walked in the front door you felt enchanted by how pretty this place was. The rooms are stunning and the customer service was brilliant. It’s expensive but for the most part, it’s worth it.
The buffet breakfast was probably the best id ever had. They had such a diverse selection of cuisines and they were all very tasty.
The drinks by the pool and bar were super expensive...
The spa was very good. The gym’s air con didn’t work but you were informed as soon as you walked in the door.
The concierge was wonderful and promptly helped in anyway he could.
It was a truly relaxing stay.

Stayed for a night in the luxury garden room. First impressions of the resort was great. Quiet and clean. Staff at the check-in counter was very pleasant. The room, though very pretty, wasn't well maintained. One door was missing a knob, cracks were seen in the bathtub and the air conditioning was faulty. Nonetheless, my wife and I enjoyed the short stay and wouldn't mind revisiting for another celebration.

Very nice after the renovation.. up to the usual sofitel standards. Very friendly staff and the ambience was good. There is a free shuttle to paragon in orchard too. The environment is very serene and tranquil. Would highly this place for a leisurely afternoon or a comfortable stay.

i would like to thank the front staff for what they have done for my wife, just a quick mention to them is my wife's birthday and the surprise was arranged by the assistant guest relationship Manager Angela. She did give me a call for permission to enter the room with cake and our photo from Facebook and was printed out with frame. I was also surprised what she has done for a guest. Really thumbs up for her sincerity. Will share this fantastic experience with my friends and recommend them to stay at this hotel. Keep it up and will be back next year.

We stayed for a staycation for my wife’s birthday. When we entered the room, there was a birthday cake waiting to her. Such a nice attention.
The room was very nice, amenities were good and the bed very comfortable.
We had a Sunday champagne brunch and it was fantastic. Large selection of amazing food. And the staff was so friendly.
Thank you Sofitel for this stay.
We will come back.

Everything is nice about the resort except Lebar and staffs there. Rooms are quite big and well maintained. And the best part of the hotel is the pool, huge pool! And the staffs there are nice and friendly. Esp an Indian girl who severed us ice water with a cute smile was really sweet. Overall the experience was quite good and will consider this place again. :)
Zheng Drew (12/09/2017 02:35)
The hotel itself is quite nice and I love the service of front desk and concierge staff.
The room is quite nice with comfy bed. Plenty choices of breakfast buffet and perfect spa treatments and pool.
The only thing I want to suggest is that, please make face tower s regular amenity in your guest room.
Armanda Sirianni (30/08/2017 09:17)
First of all you have the the wrong name to this email address!
Your hostess at breakfast Sally was most friendly and charming she really set the tone for a lovely breakfast each day. The rooms were lovely but showing their age a bit loved the bathroom though.Because we are on an Island it would have been a great help to have more information about the rest of Singapore in the form of brochures of other attractions available. The hotel could lease space in the foyer.overall it was a lovely restful time.
EeFong Lee (12/08/2017 16:53)
The facilities were great, but parts of the hotel seemed quite poorly maintained. I reported a leaking basin in the ladies room at the pool area. Decorative knobs in the room were loose or missing. The light in the make-up mirror in the bathroom was not working.
The staff were very friendly and eager to please. However, we feel that the hotel is under-staffed as we saw very few staff in the restaurants and at the pool. Despite being overworked, they were cheerful and very attentive, especially the pool staff, who seemed to be multi-tasking all day long. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the pool manager Mr Siva.
As for the housekeeping staff, they were great on the first and second day, but on the third day they did not make up the room, and did not turn down the bed in the evening!
Lance Kua (01/08/2017 11:55)
Check in process needs some improvement, it seemed that the front desk was slightly short handed.
The resort seemed to be overbooked and the turn over was slightly slow.
Nonetheless, these are minor administrative matters which can be rectified easily.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay; it has the peace and tranquility that the hotel is trying to promote.
Room is comfortable, toilet facilities is top of the line and most importantly very spacious.
Breakfast spread is very generous. Exec. Chef walks around to QC throughout the entire breakfast period.
Fidelis Rosette Siena (28/06/2017 17:30)
The room is spacious with a very nice and unique design. I love the tiles in the bathroom. Pool area is huge and has deep areas. I also like the selection of glasses (wine) provided in the room, i dont have to request for it. Fast check in and check out. Great shuttle service all day long.

I have to say that it was a wonderful experience me and my wife had. As this is our first staycation, we really enjoyed it. The service staffs there were very friendly and helpful, their smiles and cheerfulness do bring a lot of sunshine to the place.
After coming back, my wife has already planning a comeback but this time with our son.
Keep up the great work and see you soon!! :-)

This was my first time booked the Sofitel Hotels & resorts at Sentosa.
We check in around 1.45-2.00pm the king bed for the room was not provided the king bed when request upon booking with family & one kids.
Upon checking the hotel staff told me that they do not have king bed where they confirmed my booking was come with king's bed & the lady staff told me no gap in between the two single bed joining. we are curious why they isn't any gap if both single bed join together.... imagine my kids was in between the bed of the center & difficult to sleep & not comfortable. we request close to lobby or close to hotel front desk check in counter & noticed that when she told me not far & yet we walk rather far away from the hotel front desk & with my kids that rather inconvenience cause to us.
I hope the hotels can reserve the king bed when guest booked at the hotel especial we have children come along sharing one big king bed which is much more space for 3 of us.
overall hotel are quiet ambient & the children play room for 2 hours per day for kid rather far away at the other corner end but lucky hotel provide the in house transport for us to bring our kid for in house guest at Garden @ the restaurant from our hotel lobby.
I will to book again next time if they is still got vacancy for Accor hotel members.
Cheers !

My recent stay at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa on 2017-05-27 has been another wonderful stay. I have stayed at this resort for more than 10 times and still love this hotel. This resort hotel sits on lush greenery ground, give the sense of serenity, simply relaxing for a weekend getaway. Hotel staff are very professional and well trained. Enjoy the complimentary fish spa. Its also a short walk to the beach in Sentosa island. Will be back to stay again.

First time staying at Sofitel and was impressed by how well-kept the hotel and rooms were. Stayed in the junior suite which was beautiful, clean and luxurious. My only disappointment was that our room was available for check-in only at 3.20pm and I had made a prior request for an early check-in. The counter staff did make up for it by offering us complimentary drinks at the bar so we had a place to hang out for a while waiting for our room. And I was pleasantly surprised that my 2yr-old was served a cup of orange juice as well...a very nice touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at Sofitel Sentosa. Hope to be back!

2nd staycation at your resort.
1st time, last year, was not exceptionally pleased with the front office staff.
But this time round, wow....great improvement as that gentleman overseeing the front office check in, I believe the supervisor or manager, is superb. Polite, helpful and appreciate he still remember our name when we check out the next day. Leave a great impression, but regret didn't have his name.
Anyway, I believe you would be able to find out.
Thanks for the wonderful experience, except for the restaurant, which were privately booked on our 1st afternoon(3rd May) there. Thought we could have a nice lunch overseeing the sea for our lunch..
And housekeeping needs to be improved too, as the area beside the bath tub is so obviously dusty. Plus ants crawling all over the coffee machine.
Carrie Lethborg (29/04/2017 06:51)
We were excited as soon as we drove up the drive to the beautiful fountain and lobby - Vicki in customer service had made our room extraordinary - making a special book for our daughters, putting a framed photo they had taken in their room and their names on their beds in petals. We were so moved by this personalised thoughtfulness. The property is stunning and we relaxed immediately.
Talesha Sculley (23/04/2017 02:16)
Incredible. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There was a certain older door man who was amazing and so friendly to our two year old son. He was great and so helpful during our stay. We were upgraded to a premier suite and also given a late check out of 5pm at the drop of a hat. we will def be coming back and recommending Sofitel to all of our friends and family
Joseph Rifkin (17/04/2017 06:45)
Overall, the experience was great. Unfortunately, I believe the size and layout of the room was a bit crowded, although this had nothing to do with this stay 'per-se', next time a bigger room with 2 bathrooms would have been much better. I appreciate your attention to meeting our special request and the hotel staff were very accommodating throughout our stay.
Val Lee Jiayan (11/04/2017 03:41)
We enjoyed ourselves during the stay and was impress when we realized that the housekeeping team actually wanted to clean our room on the day we check in. Usually when we check in, room are already clean but this is the first time that we are offered cleaning only after few hours of stay and we are really impressed. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay, food and service. Thanks you!
Just 1 point to note is the pool chair are quite dirty. I can see that many guests will use a towel to lay over the cushion before sitting on the pool chair. Perhaps the hotel can consider changing to a pool chair without cushion since it is outdoor.

Only the best from Sofitel. Great rooms & the overall vibe from the hotel is just great

Great dining options, quiet getaway from city buzz. Nice lounge seats ard the main bar to have drinks and chill.
Corrie Davidson (03/02/2017 22:52)
Located on Sentosa, a resort island, the Sofitel is a luxury hotel in a luxury city state. Peacocks roam the grounds and the rooms are well appointed. Turndown service includes a different dessert bite every night and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Room service complements the onsite dining options.
Federico Polver (22/01/2017 18:53)
Wonderful location, wonderful service, very relaxing and very peaceful. I really recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have quality time in Sentosa.

Was here for the Google Play Playtime event. Staff were friendly and nice. Event location felt exotically Asian colonial era with a touch of modern tech i.e. I am looking at you, wooden auto door! ;)

Not cheap .. but then what is in Singapore? Beautiful setting away from the hustle of downtown Singapore .. yet close enough to get back to it for $15sgd in a taxi. It's the staff who make this hotel so great, Alex, Vivian to name but two who helped make our stay so relaxing and fun. Already planning to come back next year
Dimple Lakhiani (14/09/2016 08:25)
An oasis in Singapore. You get 10 times more than you expect.
Everything from the lobby and bedroom to the breakfast was exquisite. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
My favourite part was waking up in the morning and being surrounded by peacocks.
Tip: If you would like a quieter room, ask to be away from the wing near the pool.

10 Stars!
This resort is just AMAZING! We stayed here for 8 nights in August/September 2016 and we enjoyed every second of our stay.
THANK YOU for a very memorable and enjoyable stay to all the staff at Sofitel Sentosa, we cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us. From Check in to Check out we felt very valued.
Lobby is very impressive, rooms are clean, modern and cleaned at least once a day, water bottles are provided daily. Pool and resort grounds are neat and very well looked after. Bus to and from other beaches, around the island and shopping centres are frequent and punctual and pick up/drop off at the lobby. Our buffet breakfast was delicious and the variety of food just blew our minds. Chefs were behind the counter with smiles and are very helpful.
The resort is a very peaceful place and we felt very relaxed. We travelled with our 2 year old daughter who was exceptionally welcomed as well, spoiled and was very well looked after by the staff.
To anyone who is looking at staying at this resort, we would highly recommend it. Staff are friendly, very helpful and always have a smile on their faces. I would like to mention a few staff members who seemed like they worked 24 hours Syahir, Kari, Shukor from Concierge, Pop & Sheeva from reception, Newman & Sally from the restaurant, Erica at the Bar and to all the other staff who I’m sorry haven’t mentioned. You guys are 10 out of 10 and the resort should be VERY proud to have you as part of their team.
We will definitely be staying here again!
Leah, Peter & Zoe from Australia
Stayed August 2016, travelled with family

went for the Pink brunch, and it was not too crowded, service was attentive, and Newman took special care to make sure our wine glasses were always full. I've also taken a tour of the resort, and it's very spacious, rooms were clean, and it had a good resort holiday feel to it. nice job refurbishing the old Beaufort property!

The best hospitality and service. The food quality is very good every thing feels very fresh very friendly. A bit expensive but good things come with some cost

Hotel room pool food service are just ok. Housekeeper come in my room without notice at 9pm. Usd300 pre night...not worth! Never come again.
Hans Quivooy (16/05/2016 20:30)
Very nice hotel at Sentosa, top spot, large spacious rooms. The only downside are the large numbers of peacock near the breakfast room. It's nice but they can be a little too intrusive
Alexander Wermuth (27/04/2016 21:20)
A gem of a hotel with a nice pool and delicious food offer. I love the relaxing atmosphere and the many peacocks that stroll around. Staff is high-class. However, cleanliness of my room was clearly deficient!
Michael Stevens (22/04/2016 08:42)
Stayed from the 2nd – 6th April 16. Great setting, quiet and peaceful, good size rooms. But all of this was let down by the cleanliness of the rooms. You could write your name on most surfaces which were covered by dust, and don’t even think about looking under the bed, it had not seen a vacuum for months. We used the bath and had to ask for it to be cleaned as it was not cleaned the day after it was used – not sure if it was cleaned from the previous guest. There was mold growing above our bathroom door - the size of a dinner plate, it took two days of asking before it was cleaned. The second room we booked was the same, most surfaces covered in dust and dust balls huddling in the corners of the room.
If you are thinking about relaxing by the pool, avoid the weekends when it gets busy with day trippers who come to the restaurant and bar and end up taking over the pool area, even though it is only meant for staying guests. The weekdays you get to have the pool area back, and it is peaceful.
