Dear fellow customers , I just want to alert that there are some unscrupulous salesmen stationed at Singtel Tampines Mall outlet. This salesman claimed to be from Singtel and when I asked if Singtel can arranged to relocate my existing fibre ( 300mbps) and home line to my new home as I will be moving end of the month. Upon checking my account he told me Singtel will no longer relocate any fibre below 1Gbps. Min is 1Gbps. I was skeptical and told him off. I also told him I have called Singtel cust care early May and no mention of this. These salesmen are basically not Singtel staff and their primary purpose is to try and promote new services by telling you a big lie. Fortunately I was not taken in and chewed him up. Customers beware of such practices. That is all I can say. We are not idiots.

The shop is located at a convenient place but customer service is not that great. They must do something to improve their service and offerings.

Singtel shop tampines overall has really good customer service and phone demo staions. I would give it a higher rating if not for the really long waiting times and their inability to manage and organise the queue numbers. I had to wait 4 hours just to get a reprinted reciept for my phone. Furthermore, i booked an appointment slot online which should have shortened my waiting time. It was a really bad experience for me and my family.

Requests were processed very quickly. I had 2 requests and both were completed within 5 minutes. Nothing to complain about. Clear, Quick, efficient, Good enough, easy to find.

Service is horrible. I was passing by Tampines Mall recently and thought that since my fibre broadband's two-year contract is up for renewal, I could just pop by the Hello shop and get it done. The CS staff managing the queue spoke with a contemptuous tone and told me that the waiting time is 3 hours at least! SingTel is really arrogant and their behaviour shows that they take our business for granted.

Staff service was poor. 3 Different staff gave me contradicting instructions on the collection of phone.

A very bad service the staff haven't any knowledge,i asked a question they said yes i can collect the phone the waiting time was 2 hour's and in the end they didn't want to give me the phone,i feel very upset Singtel seems to be racist only because i'm none Singaporean they don't want to give me the phone ,i wanted to help my husband to collect his new phone for him i had the permisson letter with me his and my i C! Starhub is much better don't use Singtel

Service was absolute rubbish, those that weren't with customers were pretending to be busy. One sales rep saw us standing there and hurriedly packed up her notebook whilst giving us side glances. The service in a morgue probably has more life than this place, where the customer experience goes to die.

Terrible frontline staffs who has no knowledge or ability to understand and resolve problems. Keep on tai chi the problem. Amk Singtel was able to resolve issue within 10 mins.

Customer Friendly,Efficient Quality Service,Although The Waiting Time Is Quite Long,Its Waitable Depending On How Many People Are There,My Family Has Been A Singtel User For A Very Long Time,Hmm We Always Go Here When We Need Anything New Or Update Anything.

Incredibly long wait if you need any kind of service. The queue system is pretty efficient but waiting too long just bores me. For any new product launches, I'm unlikely to come to this branch.
