Disappointed but wasn't surprised at the bad service. The staff were impolite. It was the first time I heard a receptionist asking "what do you want" when approached at the counter.

Very bad customer service. Avoid this airlines at any cost if you need a wheelchair. They made my 92 yo grand mom walk a steep ramp inspite of asking for wheelchari assistance months before the flight, during checkin and on flight. The staff is untrained and hostile towards passengers with accessibility requirements. I would rate the airlines a 0 if google permitted.

Use SQ for my flight from Hongkong to Singapore. I just woke up and the stewardess is kinda rude, she asked me
Do you want to have a lunch?
And my answer is a yes and she LAUGHING OUT LOUD. Is there something funny?
Damn i want to give a zero star for the service. And i still remember her name and face.

The neckline of the SQ female stewardess' flight uniform keeps getting lower and lower. They are starting to look like they work in porn. Moreover, they seem to prefer servicing male passengers and give a lot of lip service to the men on the flight. They are very rude and lazy when handling the food trays and other passenger requests. I think there is some confusion regarding of the requirements of their job as they seem to act like they are part of an Z-list beauty pageant. This type of behavior and lack of professionalism is not specific to one flight; it has been a common theme on basically 90% of the SQ flights I've been on. The blatant flirting I've witnessed on flights is embarrassing to self-respecting women everywhere. When they bend over to serve the food, the uniform is so tight it literally looks like her behind is eating her dress. It's very unsightly. How can you not notice this? Obviously, you're trying to sell the 'looks' of your staff for brand appeal. But you're starting to veer into soft porn territory. You're an airline; you're not in adult entertainment. Please remedy this. It's very distracting. I don't know whether I should focus on the fruit on my plate or the melons in the galley.

such a lousy airline with such a big name. try to reschedule by phone never for hours no result and its like they dont have the real person to answer just machine.. poor service.

The lounge was very nice and spacious. The staff were all very courteous and polite. I had a very easy time conducting my business with the representative, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though I can book online, I'd seriously consider walking over to Ion for my next booking because the office is that impressively nice.
