Mid point of Bedok Reservoir Park and Easy Coast Park, along side with Siglap Canal.
For Telok Kurau's residents, it is a busy pedestrian junction that through to Kembangan MRT station, a good meeting point and resting place with an iconic "Ikan Kurau" (Threadfin fish) painted on floor.
As mentioned from another review, there are lovely cats hanging around here (not sure if attracted by the fish's painting), a well known one is the "bench cat" (I actually named it "阿咪" 😆). And "阿咪" seem not returning to it's bench next to restaurant ever since the upgrading of this stretch of connector.
A star off for lack of enforcement on non-smoking zone, as there were/are smokers oftenly puffing in these resting area and along the park connector.

I used to enjoy the walks along the Siglap Park Connector but since the introduction of bike sharing the whole experience has been marred. Such an ugly site as the bike sharing community seems to only care about how easy it is to leave their bike wherever they choose leaving to sidewalks littered with these ugly monstrosities! The sooner the LTA takes more control over these pests the better! The pathways are for everyone and should not be abused, of the bike sharing users can't be more considerate then they need to be punished through a fine system or banning them for multiple breach across all bike companies! Despite reporting to oBike, Mobike and Ofo the bikes remain in the same place they were left the week before!
