This is the nearest clinic from ours. No choice sometimes we have to go there. The Malay lady staff is rude, disrespectful and a total nightmare. Who the hell she thinks she is. I have been thinking it must be her bad day. But everytime??? A little courtesy goes along way but her attitudes brings her nowhere, seriously i guess she will rotted there forever

VERY BAD.
This is not my first time visiting this clinic as it's nearby where I am staying. I'll always prefer to visit this clinic as the Dr that I used to consult is very very professional. Until I met this DR SEOW YU JIN, (I am not confirmed is it him but he's the one that signed on my MC. He's a little bald.
I had a swollen eyelid on Thursday so I decided to go check it out.
I went in and came out within 1 minute. No doubts from me was clarified. All he told me was eyelid infection (like duh? if it's not infection, will my eyelid swell without any reason?)
He told me he's going to prescribe me some antibiotic pills, i then asked if there's no need for eyecream or antiseptic eyedrop? He said nope.
I then asked for the cause of this swollen eyelid he only replied me "eyelid infection lor"
Did not advise me anything to avoid, did not tell me what's the cause, did not tell me how to prevent it from happening again in the future.
Not forgetting the patients all came out within 1 minute.
And total I paid almost $60. $20 for that lousy consultation, felt like I only went in to warm the seat. Or felt like I am paying $60 for that antibiotic pills.

Doctor is stingy. Have to ask for one day mc even though I'm really sick. Don't come here if you want to take medical leave.

Worst clinic i ever went.. counter staff rude doctor cannot make it. Payment A n E prices!
Negative star given. If not sat all good clinic closed i wont even tried!

I tried to call to make sure if clinic is open so I could go to on a Saturday. Call until my battery flat and no one pick up. Said close at 5pm on Saturdays. It's only 3.30 now. No matter how good ur doctors are. If ur reception dun pick up the call it's pointless.

Doctor here is good but receptionist or assistant needs to improve on their way of communication. They do not have standard protocol for patient with company card. Last time I came they ask me to produce when i tried to write my particulars. Then today I gave them my company medical card they ask me to write my particulars on the paper. And they did so with a bad attitude. They talk like we owe them something.

I went for my yearly health screening, the doctor in the clinic is great and professional in what he does, however the Malay clinic assistant is the total opposite. You would think clinic assistant would be empathetic however not in this clinic. She is rude, discourteous and abrupt while communicating. She could take a page of learning customer service from the doctor who is both busy reviewing case yet not forgetting his patient is human too, therefore very humble with his approach.

I really really like the doctor ! But the ladies at the reception though are not very friendly . I mean like if I come in , can't you even acknowledge me ? Rude. But then this clinic has the best medications 👍🏻

The doctor is definitely professional. No doubt. The interesting part in this clinic, there's actually a small corner for kids to play toy. That's really a joy when parent is sick and had to bring their kid along.
