I have engaged the service from Shalom Movers for my house moving on 22 March 2018. I was very satisfied with their services, the staffs are all very friendly. They are very efficient and really take care of all my items during moving, can see they are very experienced and being trained on dismantling the furnitures and fixed back again. Very professional. Thumbs up for their services given, will recommend to friends if they need the service. Once again, thank you to Team D.

My father contacted Shalom to move to new house. There’s a guy from china amongst the staff, who told us our items are not all listed in the bill, and he tried to collect extra money from us. Then we tried to call back the other guy whom my father negotiated with, he told us the guy will also charge us extra $. My father was worried of negotiating the extra cost and so we just gave the china guy some extra cash when paying for the bill. After that, i felt we might have been cheated by the dishonest china staff, forcing my father to give him the extra money.. the items were delivered nicely and no missing items.. but i think we need be careful that there are dishonest staff among them trying to earn extra cash from each trip.

Very poor at booking a schedule. You have to work with their timing and do not consider customers schedule. Only communicate thru email. Always change their proposed timing when I sent them a confirmation email. Finally when I call them, I need to work according to their timing.
No sympathy to customer needs and they behave like they are paying the customer to do the job.
Won’t recommend them to anybody.

Shalom Movers is incredibly great! The first and foremost reason why I keep coming back to them as their repeat customer. A company with great values from the beginning to present. From a friendly and approachable mover in the past to now all digital-armed and technology-oriented crews. It’s amazing how really time flies so fast and being able to witness Shalom Movers soars up high in victory! Nothing will ever made me switch option even in the future.

Never on time and don't use their storage services just to save costs. Our bed frame came back damp and has started to rot. Unfortunately the terms we signed didn't allow for us to claim damages. And their storage service isn't the sort that you have 24/7 access to like the real storage companies. It's a one-time in and one-time out so you can't see how your stuff is stored.

Never call this mover company. They steal your stuff and do not return it. Their service is expensive and they will seem that they are honest but they are not. They mainly steal large figurines such as small house statues which they wrap nicely and purposely miss that out. Very Dishonest. I would have not even want to rate them.

We just finished our three-day move with Shalom yesterday and I am very pleased with the job they did. The team were friendly, pleasant, calm, polite and positive. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They left no mess and did no damage. They came up with smart solutions to the typical issues that come up with a move, such as where to place items etc. Working with them was a pleasant and stress-free experience which was much appreciated as moving house is usually such a hassle. I preferred Shalom to King Movers and Santa Fe.

Poor sales service.
Poor internal communications between administration (booking) and operation (moving).
Totally wasting time. You have to work around their timing. Keep changing moving date. Despite I confirm with them on daily basis.
Sales team has no follow up.
Always ask you to email but they don't follow through.
Do not honour quotation, hijacking price.

Recently hired Shalom movers after hearing about them and seeing their trucks everywhere. Thought their services should be quite good and we were happy with the professionalism of the employee who came to do the home survey before issuing the quote. However, we were very disappointed with the actual moving services.
Our main issue was that only 4 employees were dispatched to handle the entire move. They ended up taking much longer than expected and were overworked and exhausted. I really felt for them; a larger team should have been sent to reduce the workload on each worker, especially considering that it's the fasting month. They then forgot to pay the usage fee for the lift canvas and we had to pay the fee instead. Then, 5 days later, they suddenly turned up at the condo office to pay the fee, leading to some confusion. I suppose they at least remembered to pay the fee, but they could have called us up to clarify everything before turning up unannounced. Thank goodness one of us was home to straighten things out at the condo office.
All in all they handled the items well and were generally careful with our belongings, which we appreciated. Still, would probably not recommend them to others given our experience.

Worst customer service - Called them for a quote and they told me to write them an email. I just wanted to ask whether they can provide immediate delivery on the next day or not but he hang the phone before I finished talking. If you can't be bothered to even check your schedule for me, how can I rely you on delivering my goods?

The worst customer experience ever! They tell you they can move out on a date and then they suddenly cancel on you. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. Absolute amateurs!
