Went there because one side of my Momentums in Ears was not working. Got a new replacement after checking that it was still under warranty and all, and everything was settled within 10 mins. Super efficient and good service

Went to claim warranty on my Momentum M2 IEG (exposed wires). In and out within 10 mins and got a brand new replacement for free

I lost one of the ear pad of my Urbanite XL wireless. I went to the store at Marina Square, they told me it is out of stock. They suggested that I leave my contact and they will ask the service centre to contact me. On the next morning, the service manager called and told me they have it. So I went to the service centre and purchase the ear pads. Thumbs up for the customer service support for Sennheiser!! =D

My equipment was still under warranty when i brought in due to defects,which affected 2 of my separate video recordings of my speaking engagements.Expandore Singapore had sent to Sennheiser & despite me showing the "spoilt" footages of my events,they just told me"there is nothing wrong with it" and "perhaps you can come by to show us how you fix the equipment"

During this time since at least 3 months I've sent in, the problem was not solved, I had to plea Expandore to loan me a spare unit else Sennheiser 1. had not returned the set 2. Expandore had not sent in earlier, and thus affected my work trip.
Also I have travelled up and down more than 6x to Expandore to rent to return, to check my equipment, and wasted my time. During this time I had 4 speaking engagements, and I had NO equipment.

Till today, July 1st, despite numerous request for a new set in fear 1. I'm not a tech geek 2. I don't want another speaking engagment, and event to be ruined just like the other 2 events with proof of video, like i said, I sent my equipment before the warranty, .... Expandore says no new set, anyways Sennheiser say no problem.

So 1. My work is affected because I had invested in these equipment, obviously to record videos to put on my channel, for social media, for my online tv, and media. I'm frustrated, upset, and feeling lost because I had wasted time, spoilt footages from the equipment from Sennheiser and knowing that the problem will definitely be coming back and just a matter of when its going to happen with the same set of defected Sennheiser equipment which i've bought from Expandore (which had still been under warranty)

2. I'm heading up to Hong Kong for rise conference in July as media to cover the event, and interview the speakers and Expandore had requested me to return their loan set, and asked me to pick up my faulty set once again. Again, I'm flabbergasted with the situation, knowing that once the equipment screws up, well.... (even though i have to use my old back up equipment)

3. Then what is the purpose of investing in a good equipment, with a warranty that "there is no problem" even though i have footages from 2 separate events at different locations, with the exact set up? Sennheiser has allowed themselves to just ignore the footages on hand, and i'm also not sure what Expandore has done to make it work for me.

Expandore had been truly insensitive to my requests as a customer, despite numerous requests, to get a new set of the equipment, its fallen to deaf ears.

And Sennheiser I'm disappointed.

Sennheiser products' high quality standard has somewhat dropped over the years however it is compensated by their excellent service centre staff, special mention Malik(?). Seldom you come across tech support staff who are empathetic and helpful. Well done!

Went there to pick up some replacement earbuds. Called in a couple of days before to ensure their availability and picked them up a couple of days later without a problem.
