I bought 2 toilet led lights and 2 led lights for the kitchen. My whole experience visiting their showroom was eye opening. Customer service was good, she patiently answered all our queries and as well their recommendations is good.
And, not forgetting Uncle Ah Zhui the uncle who fixed all my lights was very professional, and was on time. He removed all the old ones and replaced the new ones very professionally. He was extremely tidy and neat and I was amazed.Uncle was clean and systematic in his work. Thumbs up!!! And, by the way he's name was in the receipt. I hope I'm right. :)

Very reasonable pricing and approachable staff. Look for Mrs Chia, she gives good advice and we bought 3 acorn ceiling fans from her.
Unlike others, sembawang lightings house is not pushy and gives you the liberty take your time to browse at their products. Even their delivery service is great too. Polite and helpful delivery man .

I am thankful to Esther of Sembawang Lighting. She was very patient with us when we asked her questions and very helpful when we made changes and cancellations. Finally we were able to buy all the fans and lightings for our newly renovated house at affordable prices at only one stop.

My wife and I decided to drop by Sembawang Lighting to check out their lights and ceiling fans for our new condo. The lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable and advised us what type of fans were suitable for our living, bedroom and balcony. We purchased all 3 fans which was delivered a few days later. This is our first time buying from this shop and the overall experience was great!

It was a hassle free experience for me when i bought a ceiling fan with light from Sembawang Lighting House. The staff at the shop was patient and helpful in helping us choose a suitable model. They even managed to get it fixed with their electrician the following day free of charge. I will strongly recommend the shop to all for their lighting needs.

The staff attending to me at Sembawang Lighting House was very friendly and explained to me how the different ceiling fans with lights work. Definitely the trip was not wasted from where I stay in North East to Sembawang to get this fan. Price is reasonable and the installation guy is very punctual and skillful.

Aunt recommended and helped to purchase the fan. Staff was so accommodating and understanding to expedite the installation of the ceiling fan for my mum who is a stroke patient as our previous fan had broke. The new ceiling fan is simple yet modern and elegant. Comes with a remote and it's powerful. Best part is it's affordable! We love it! Thank you Aunty but most of all thank you Sembawang Lighting House for the wonderful customer service and friendly staff! 😊

bought 2+3 ceiling fans from SLH so far. did not get the names of both sales ladies but they were very well-learn about the products they carry. they took the extra effort to explain about different fan types clearly and giving recommendations accordingly.
in overall SLH staffs were warm and friendly, and they have lots of products on display to try. 10/10 would recommend!

Bought 3 ceiling fans from them initially. Shop staff are knowledgeable on their products. Appointments for installation done hassle free. We returned to purchase another 2 sets of fans and lights! Nice and friendly staff they have to answer your enquiries! Products are guaranteed!

Going the extra mile - is what i would describe Sembawang Lighting House. Lighting quality was top-notch and well beyond our lighting expectations of the house. I wasn't able to locate the remote control for my LED light in the delivery but after a quick call, it was delivered right to my door step. If you desire fuss-free experience (going to JB to replace your lighting), you can head down to SLH.

Excellent service from this family-run lighting shop, and prices are also lower than those of many other stores I'd checked out. The shop assistant I spoke to took time to explain the differences between the lamps I was interested in, and even changed the tungsten bulbs to LED ones when I asked to see the brightness of the LED lights. I was never pressured to purchase anything. The installation done by their recommended electrician was also very well done. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service - we bought LED down lights and ceiling fans. Delivery was prompt, Roy was very helpful and patient in answering whatever questions we had. He was also very accommodating when we couldn't decide on our living room ceiling fan. Would definitely recommend this family run establishment!

My only regret is not finding out about this place earlier. They sell all the branded lights and fans for cheaper and still have warranty and good service. The staff are knowledgeable about their products. I had no problems with delivery and products arrived in good condition.
Will definitely recommend this place!
