Bought a 5 star luxury Sealy mattress at Harvey Norman, tried it in store, but the feeling in store (on a display item 1 month old only)was from far MUCH softer than the new item received at home. Sealy (over the phone, never came to check the item) explained that it takes some time to a new piece to soften (20%), but we were not talking about 20% only! They proposed to exchange BUT, still couldn't guarantee us that we will get the feeling we were looking for and found in store! We had to fight to get refunded, we have completely lost trust in the brand.
