They helped me immediately when I arrived at the shop. Three of them were working on my bike simultaneously, while I enjoyed a cold drink from their fridge. It was an awesome service at a very reasonable price. Thank you guys!

Inquired on their Facebook page about many bikes while trying to decide what to buy. Prompt replies and very helpful information. Called me up as soon as stock of my preferred bike arrived. I went same day to test ride, liked the bike, paid. Store customer service was great, friendly staff. I asked for same day delivery but it was already 5pm so they said will deliver next day. At home, got a call 7pm to say they can deliver same night. Got my bike that same day! Definitely a great bike shopping experience for me.

Poor follow up service for bicycle delivery. We purchased a bicycle through one of the staff at the Ang Mo Kio outlet, and he promised to make adjustments to the seat when the bike was delivered.
We did not hear from anyone on the delivery date, and had to call, only to find out that the staff no longer worked there. We had to reschedule our delivery date to fit their delivery timing.
Upon delivery, the staff did not bring any tools to adjust the bike seat height. Even though we mentioned that it had been promised, he refused to come back another day to resolve the issue. He said, "I have to travel all the way here again just to adjust your bike seat?"
He insisted that it would be very easy, just use a spanner to turn and adjust the seat. However, we do not have spanners lying randomly around, and to an experienced person it may seem easy, but to one who seldom works with tools, it will not be so.
Additionally, he said that if I had tried the bike at the shop and bought it that day, the bike would have been reserved and the seat would be at the right height. But evidently, the bike seat was above my waist, which suggests that someone else used the bike, or someone adjusted the bike.
He left on bad terms, only to later call with the realisation that he had not delivered (or brought) the bike lock we purchased. He offered to return us the money. Sure, but would it not have been better if he had offered to return the next day (or another day) to bring the lock AND adjust the seat height? It was my husband who had to suggest that to him instead, and he reluctantly agreed. At that point I was just too furious to accept this type of attitude and service. I would rather not deal with this type of attitude again face to face. The shop needs to do something to repair its reputation.
I posted this on the Scootz Facebook page but my posts were deleted and apparently I have been blocked.
