Staff was polite, room was affordable and worth the price.
Also has canteen with super cheap and delicious food.

Room and bathroom were clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Strategic area in Kuantan as it is walkable distance to shopping malls.

Dont take the aircond room. Its already freezing like antartica at night in the fanned room.

This is a medium taste hotel located within the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. However, the professionalism of the staffs is superb. The rooms are well spaced and very neat.

Chill place to hangout, great atmosphere, especially at night. Lots of fruit drinks to choose from. They'll have football matches running on match day, so, great for students without access to TV. Am a regular there.

UTM accommodation for guest. Its like 4 star hotel. Rate around 130-160 rm. The view from school's inn is very nice. You will get cafeteria near it.

In March 2016 I stayed in this hotel for 3 days, The price quite high compared to other hotel, I rented the best scholar room by 280 per night.
But it condition was very bad. The mattress turned to yellow collar because it was too old, also the carpet was very dusty. I hope by this year, the quality was improved.

Best Place to stay if u want to visit UTM, but early booking is a must as it always full especially on the weekend.

Well managed, well maintained and cleaned rooms. But electronic items like tv remote, aircond remote or water heater some how not well maintained. Other things are superb.

I have been here one night. I chose suite room and i get what i paid. 1 double bed, 2 single bed, huge tv room, a small kitchen but nice. Everything is perfect except for shower foam and shampoo is not enough for 4 persons.
