The services are good. The hotel is about 10 minutes for Bugis MRT. We had to reset WIFI everyday. The Internet connection is fast. We stayed at the underground room with no windows for a few nights. The hotel requires $100 for deposit. The area around the hotel is safe. There are two 7-Eleven stores and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Bugis Street and Bugis Junction. Bugis Street offers low-priced goods.

Good and cosy hotel with an average buffet breakfast if you are a non-vegetarian. Vegetarians will have a hard time in finding good food.

The hotel has a great swimming pool on the top roof but before you make your booking ask if you room has a window...

Horrible experience!! We travel over a dozen times a year and usually have great service at the places we stay in singapore. This place aside from the breakfast being terrible has the worst service i've ever seen. after being out all day we came back in the afternoon with our room not being cleaned or serviced. We made a request and gave them a chance to clean it however when we came back from dinner it still wasn't done. Management had excuses but what's worse is the next day after coming back from lunch, it still wasn't cleaned. I'm so disappointed, i'll never stay here again!!!

Lovely room, super friendly staff but air con in room was very cold even we put temp at 25 above degrees. Great location!

I've visited Singapore once, and had stayed in Santa Grand hotel Bugis ! Santa Grand is really cool 4 storied hotel , with a swimming pool at the top most floor! Good variety in the breakfast, but less of vegetarian stuff(that's the only reason for a 4 star) and good rooms with great service. Cheers !

Only good for spending the night.
The hotel is decently maintained, but staff is not very friendly or co-operative with Indian tourists. Also, the circulation corridors are usually occupied with housekeeping stuff, so it creates a problem to walk.
Will not recommend this hotel for breakfast as despite prior information, they didn't take into consideration that our set of guests were vegetarian.
One advantage is the Free Smartphone facility (which the receptionist did NOT inform us about), where you can rent a smartphone for FREE, without any national or international calling charges, and free 3G internet. But I reckon this facility is available in all other Singaporean hotels.

I like this place! It worth money, have an excellent vacation stay. I ordered small room and I've got one with balcony. Very peaceful place, clean rooms, have open swimming pool. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Good location near bugis junction, so you can have good dinner for good price. It is just 5 minutes to mtr station and they have sightseeing bus stop nearby.

Great reception staff , clean rooms, clean toilets and convenient to most of Singapore . Numerous eateries around and buses and the subway is within 3 to 5 mins only.

The location that santa grand hotel located is close to a famous tourist attraction. The Malay heritage center. Santa grand hotel is in between bugis and lavender station,bus stop are 10m away which allowed yoi to go to many various locations. If your are looking for gift and things to buy there bugis are walking distance where you can shop at bugis street, bugis junction and bugis+. If you are looking for some local stuff mustafa center are walking distance way and also you may take a direct bus to Chinatown which is like few stop away to shop some gift for your family or relative. If you are looking for places like park to walk you may slow walk in the morning to kallang river which is just across the nicoll highway. Strolling through the park looking at the sun rises slowly and doing your morning exerise. You may take a bus or walk to mbs as it is not far from the hotel.

Small 3 star hotel without any facilities besides the room itself. Not a worthy hotel to stay in terms of the rates.

One disappointing factor is that if you pay for a cheaper room..you don't get to use their breakfast. Would be less disappointing if it was near any place that served breakfast. The rooms, however, were very clean and nice! They provided a travel cellphone which was the first time I had seen one, and was a godsend for us!

Very gloomy and stuffy rooms. Drinking water supply per room is very less. Toilet is not facilitated with modern amenities. Breakfast is also not good.

Nice clean and comfortable to stay. Nice service humble people and so peasant to meet staff and worker.
Close to halal food restaurant, close to Sultan Masjid.
Recomend for everyone need to stay for short and long term.

Reasonable price.
The thing i liked is it is close to everything. Specially marina bay and the flyer. Good shopping places and restaurants around.

Very good location, close to MRT. Nice staff and good range of services. The complementary smart phone with unlimited local data is exspecially useful for navigating the city. The corridors are in need of renovation. The rooms could use more/stronger lamps, but they are ok.

Nice pool on top, very polite and helpful staff, good rooms. Miss the iron and laundry, they will be useful. But there were free smartphone with pre-installed guide with coupons and water with tea and coffee, they were very good

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that, v small rooms, not clean, worn out towels, extremely poor breakfast options

Great location near Bugis and Lavender MRT stations (downtown). Room rather small (perhaps "compact") and business-like, as is the hotel itself. Excellent buffet breakfast. Had little interaction with staff so can't comment other than that they were efficient.

The hotel room size is like match box. The behavior manger is so poor that if ac is not working he is near about to fight and shouting on the complainant. Really will never suggest to anybody for this hotel. Very poor
