Just bought a note 8 for less than 3hrs, haven't use yet just charge and do setting, the phone shut down and cannot switch on again.when down to service centre for 1 to 1 exchange. They mention 1 to 1 exchange require 2 to 3 weeks (shipment) really cannot believe.

They refiused to help me saying that they already closed the cash machines...

Good store with all latest samsung prodcuts. However, they are expensive as compared to the same things available at Mustafa Center

I was waiting for my ticket number when customer service staff Jonathan approached me to ask how he could help. He was patient and explained the issue, and thought of alternative solutions. He brought me to the sales counter to check if there is any compatible accessories or cables to solve the issue. When that fails, he went out of his way to get the help of a technican to do some testing in the office. Although the issue was not solved but we could guess the cause. I really like his attitude and am grateful for his assistance. 5 stars for his service. This is really good customer service. Well done Jonathan. Samsung is lucky to have a good staff like you :)

Extremely bad service. My samsung S7 usb port failed within 3 months of use, and i sent in for service 4 times. Each time they created more issues then fix.
1st repair, the screen was not sealed properly. Around 1 mm gap around bezel. So i send it back for another service, and waited 30+mins.
2nd repair caused damage to the home button. The button was tilted, and almost popped out, so i sent in for another service.
3rd repair they really fixed nothing, the issue remained. So one more try.
4th repair, the home button was fixed. However they scratched my front facing camera, and the screen was damaged, MASSIVE dead pixels, in groups.
Total repair took more than 2 months, and yet they still couldn't fix it, and refused to do a replacement,.
SCREW YOU SAMSUNG SINGAPORE !

The support engineer is the worst here. They wasted my time, effort and patient.
I came down to this support place 4 times and still can't get the same problem fixed.
Then, they don't even have professional skill and expertise to repair and fixed it.

Stupid info from Google. The place closes at 8pm, not 930pm! Made me waste a trip for nothing! And then I can't even suggest an edit for the opening time....can suggest for every other piece of info except opening time?! What the ****?!!
