Pretty disappointing. Sushi didn’t taste fresh at all, tasted like it was leftover from lunchtime served at dinner, or old fish. Serving size very small for price. Chicken Katsu was ok, crispy but very oily & not the greatest cuts of chicken. Wouldn’t order again. Kazoku much better.

It used to be a economical Japanese sushi chain serving good and fresh food. But the quality has been dropped a lot.

I mean, my expectations for a chain restaurant isnt really that high, but somehow they just made me disappointed anyway.
There are little choices for Ramen and the only things you can change are the meat and the soup base. Please put in more effort into your menu for Ramen, its oversimplified.
Then there is the sushi thats been on the conveyor for more than 1 hour. Well, you guys ought to have some sort of system to remove non-fresh sushi off the conveyor. I can tell that the sushi has been sitting there cos I saw it go past me multiple times and Im sure its that plate cos the plate has some stain the edge. (Hygiene as well)
I would say service is pretty good cos the intern/trainee kept bowing to us and it makes me feel bad to say the service wasnt up to standard. But seriously I have no complaints for the service, though it isnt as speedy as you want it to be.
Im traumatised and I dont think I want to go to other outlets anymore.

Poor service, food quality was subpar, seafood was not fresh.
