Called SKP a week ago to ask if I can bring my 16inch numbered balloons for helium inflation, staff said yes, but I have to bring them to the store directly for the exact pricing
Well guess what, I walked under the hot sun just to get two balloons inflated and they had the audacity to tell me that they can't pump 'small balloon like these'
At that moment, I was so confused and asked how much one of theirs would cost.
$19 each!
To be furious at their lack of professionalism is an understatement.
SKP pls train your staff on the knowledge they require to be retailers of a store.
