Registration service is very bad. First time there so approached a counter staff for query. Though that counter staff was dumb as she only hand point the direction. While waiting for my turn to register then I realised she's simply too lazy to open her mouth to talk.

Service was very bad. They have no customer service. The lady told me that the report will be sent to me and i presume that and was waiting for 2 months plus then i called their hotline and the lady who spoke to me was rude too with information as to collect the report from SATA. Overall service has been bad at Chai Chee Branch.

such an unpleasant experience!
walked in for a Q number and was without some documents, the malay lady at the counter was unwilling to help with where i could get my documents printed. after i had to depend on my own devices, i went back an the younger lady at the counter was a lot more helpful and pleasant.
the doctor i saw is Dr Braig, at first encounter he seemed like a nice old man. however, it was only a "nice" demeanour that i was presented with. he had a demeaning attitude in his responses to me. for instance, when he asked me a question he would correct my answer with a perfect smile. towards the end, when i was asked to retrive a report by him, i followed up with asking if the documents needed to be original or copied and he basically shut me off by saying "i dont know, just get it" and swatted me off with his hand. honestly dont know why he is a doctor if he doesnt like humans.

Had a very good experience at this place. I think people get mixed up with another SATA CommHealth. I went to the Chai Chee place and was pretty impressed with the service. Checkup completed with in one hour after arriving there.

Had to do a checkup from SATA as it's the only set of panel clinics in SG for NZ student visa. Booked appointment by phone, staff were quite friendly. Had to do XRay and Medical checkup, took about 2.5h to complete. Would advice to be more attentive about where to go next and check if they have released your queue number from the previous station. (Eg. I was supposed to do a blood test next but it seemed that they didn't call my queue number, even skipping my number. After checking back with the previous station, x-ray, we realised that they forgot to release my number from the x-ray station. Everything went relatively well after that.) Overall, process was quite smooth considering the huge crowd there and managed to get my eMedical submitted within the following week. Parking is available too but there is limited space.

Went to SATA at Chai Chee for medical consultation and xray for pre-employment checkup. Apparently I went for 2 separate trips; 1 day for medical consultation and another day for xray. A lady promised to send the whole report over to SATA at AMK by Tuesday. I went down to SATA AMK to collect my report on Friday and was told that only the Xray report was sent to them?! Called the direct line to SATA Chai Chee and they were very rude. Requested for name but the lady didnt dare to give hers. They sounded like they lost my medical report form?! Was only told that they will check and call back. Still awaiting a response.

Really friendly bunch, they have mobile clinics once in awhile, helping the ill in the neighbours.

For parents who have a kids lives overseas, suggest don't send your kids to do medcheck with SATA, I found the way of the doctor made decision is judgemental. There is no holistic/proper approach with considering your kids health background from home country.
I will not explain in detail, but is enough for my experience with the SATA, if I know from beginning the SATA procedure, I would prefer to conduct the health check for my kids in my home country which the doctor more reliable to do assessment (also suggested by local specialist).

Staff doing the check ups at the clinic are knowledgeable and patient. But the process is slow and if you call to check on the progress, staff are extremely rude, no follow ups. If alternatives are available do not opt for medical check ups at SATA.

Horrifying experience. Needed my medical report urgently. Have been calling them multiple times everyday for the past week. Have been waiting 3 weeks for my report when it was promised they will inform me for collection in 11 days. Every single time I call, they promise to get back to me that very day. But nope, no call up to date. Disappointing. Do not recommend SATA at all unless you want to pay so much for unprofessionalism.

Unpleasant. Came in at 405pm, handed my form which clearly stated only a chest X-Ray is needed. Staff asked me to come back tomorrow morning saying it takes 2-3 hours to see the doctor which of course I refused. Is she blind or what? After X-ray, staff ask me to change back to my clothes as usual. Waited for another 15 minutes and went to counter and ask if I am supposed to wait here. Only to find out that I can leave right after X-ray. What!? Am I supposed to know I can leave when the staff did not ask me to leave? I was holding a paper which I thought I have to hand it over to the counter after completing the X-ray. Well, apparently I am supposed to bring that paper back to my clinic in Kembangan. Well done, staffs at SATA for being so helpful, NOT.

On 30th of December 2016 I went to collect my treadmills report suppose to be collected but I went early around 1400hrs but the receipt shows 1500 hrs which I didn't notice so the counter staff my report can collect after 1500hrs so I went back to collect on 31st December they next day but the counter staff told me my report is still not ready I am very disappointed as I travel from tanjong pagar to chai chee the 2nd time how can the report is not ready suppose to collect on 30th .

Had bad experience with the new clinic. Staff inexperience. That was more than a year ago. Hope it has improved.
