The consultation to the doctor is only 5mins but waiting time for the medicine took me 40mins and still counting! They are very fast in collecting the payment but not on giving the medicines. What if its time for the patient to take the medicine? And its not yet available.

I have never seen such a lousy Dr before. Went to see her and mentioned that I have sore throat and when I clear my throat there is saliva and blood mixed. All she did was just click on the torch light and say can't see anything and ask me go to SGH A&E. No consultation given

Receptionist is friendly. She advised me on the collection date time for medical report while at the same time highlighted it on the Service listing form. The nurses and doctor are diligent and professional. Initially read the reviews here and thought it's a bad choice but I guess probably others have higher expectation ya.

The reception bad attitude when asking general question about the time and date for collection report. If you think everything had written on the paper then expected all customer follow black and write procedure then your clinic can cut cost to cut 1 head count. Nurse and doctor no problem and friendly..but the feedback and the bad response attitude from reception had break your whole day mood to enter this branch again.

Wasted time and money. The receptionist is not well educated with medical terms. I have a sprained foot according to the doctor who is not much helpful either and has to be bandaged - the receptionist then said "oh your foot looks good to me and it doesnt need bandaging or medicine". I find her very irresponsible of the patient's needs. This is a clinic with no basic protocol. This one at Tanjong Pagar needs to go. Its not helping sick people at all.
