Waited for 1 and a half hour just for registration. Altho the checkup and x ray was very fast, the female indian doctor is impatient and rude. When i told her the letter is for my job in childcare, she took the chance and show off how long she has been in that industry, knowledgeable she is and dont test her knowledge and experience. When being asked about chicken pox i mention i was infection in my childhood and cant recall how it looks like, she went on and kind of ask me not to lie if im not infected before as the consequences is very serious. Stomach check, she just anyhow press my stomach very quickly and tell me to do to get my x ray done.

The worst clinic I have been met. The registration we have to wait 2 hrs . Somemore why not directly registration instead of taking no. Queueing first and then queueing again for registration . Why waste so much time on this kind of things . Pls improve your efficiency.

very poor system,register need to wait a least 1 to 2 hour...before come to this clinic i call the reception,he told me i can collect my report at 3pm,i arrived on time but wait until 4pm……

those ah neh doctors are cowards and incompetent. they can't determine whether you are fit or unfit unless you give them a specialist letter.

Worst experience. Came with my Daughter for blood test but had to wait for almost 3 hours to see doctor. They should follow polyclinic where appointments are allowed and waiting time is reduced.

Went at 1130. Long queue. Gave up. Came back at 1420. Long queue. Don't come here if you value your time or your sanity.

The worst clinic. The registration alone took almost 2 hours of waiting, and that's just registration. They need to change the system.
Correction....The registration took more than 2 hours. Anyone thinking of heading here please think twice.

The Chinese receptionist with short hair was very impatience, she can't even wait for 1 second while I am looking for my documents and forms.
The receptionist seems like expect everyone to show her the correct docs and forms for register in 1 second.
And the waiting time is very very long..

Worse waiting time, 1 doctor on duty, took 4 hrs just to do basic health checkup.
Indian doctor in consultatuon room 11 , rude ad impatient.

Worst waiting time ever. It take so long just to get a simple visual test and i noticed that they serve the 0xx numbers first and make the 8xx numbers wait so long. Still waiting for over 2 hrs!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!

5 star rate for the receptionists and staffs for being polite and respectful. But the female indian doctor is terribly rude and ill-mannered.

A few years back, I had to wait for hours to register. The queue was long and the service was poor. The staff was shouting across and was rather rude when other patients didn't understand her instructions.
Now, having to visit SATA again, the queue isn't as long as it was. The staff were definitely more polite. The waiting time is long but manageable.

Receiptionists and nurses were extremely nice and friendly. I really appreciate their effort to make patients feel warm and cared for.
Sadly, the female indian doctor was terribly rude and unpleasant. She made several sarcastic remarks and gave a bad attitude while I was speaking. I do not see why a patient has to tolerate such nasty comments when all we seek is professional advise on our condition. This is the first time I have encountered a doctor who is so cold and disinterested in the patient. I am so shocked by the lack of professionalism.

The female indian doctor was very scary,especially when im so panicked,the very least she could do was to calm me down,rather than saying"i havent call you in yet why you come in?" If i could ,i'd rather go to a different branch

The staff at the service counters and reception are good and polite. But the indian doctor i consulted was so stern. I cannot even ask one question. Then she checked my blood pressure and said it was no good. I think she raised my blood pressure despite my hours of sleep. She could have been friendlier then i would not have to spend money else where to check again. Doctors DO play a big part in affecting patients results!

Sat 3/12 - Agreed, the receptionists are still good. Also, the attended radiologist, medical officer and doctor are equally 👍 too.
