My worst haircut happened here. The barber had no idea how to cut a hair and ruined my well permed hair. I said cut a little bit but the barber cut 3/4 of them. Now I have to wear a hat around. Can't believe they charge 28 for this. I suggest anyone planning to go here give up that thought coz that is gonna ruin your life.

Totally agreed with what SHIH-CHI CHIU has reviewed! Counter lady and the standard of service provided there. 2nd time visiting this salon for hair colouring, and once again my hair is ruined by this hairdresser Mikki.
I thought it's due to my own mis-communication when I visit during Chinese New Year time. But once again, Mikki has to disappoint me utterly again.
Firstly, she do not understand what I want despite showing by colour chart and discussing. It turn out really Ah Lian hot GOLD when I already requested for just 1-2 shades lighter. She still want to argue that this is the shade I indicated at first, after I was concerned how my hair is turning into this horrible, fried GOLD colour.
Then after I insisted that I can't accept such a loud colour, she darken my hair over the sink after she just washed off the hot GOLD one. So guess what, after they have blow dry my hair, there is quite a big patch of uneven GOLD patch among my darken hair still! Even my husband also notice the uneven-ness when I reached home (without me saying anything!) And Mikki still INSISTED it's fine! But then my hair has now turn even more damaged and in horrible ash, greenish brown colour! OMG!!!
Instead of finding a "remedy" to even out the colour, she rush me out of the salon! Keep pacifying it's fine.. So obviously she just want to earn quick bucks and is so unprofessional! From this, I can tell you definitely lacked of PASSION as a hairdresser as you can allow a customer to left your salon in such an unsatisfying, uneven hair colour! *thumbs down* for you, Jurong Point Russell salon MIKKI! *disgusted*!!!
End up I DIY my hair colour immediately with a box of $12.90 Loreal home kit when I am home, and I can even do a better job than you!
This shall be my very LAST time I stepping into such a lousy salon!!!

Just left Russell's @ Jurong Point this Sunday, Apr 30, 2017 and spent almost $200 there. While I am fine with the result (cut+colouring), the service attitude of the front desk woman was horrible. She had no smile on her face and looked very impatient as I inquired about the service package before the treatment. She again gave the same attitude when I made the payment. It is very unfortunate that any service-oriented company hires such person to sit at the front desk. She acts as if receiving money is her only job and doesn't care anything else. I will not visit Russell's again.
