Receptionist was friendly and kind enough to slot me in on an advoc basis. Very thankful for slotting me in as i had to go overseas 2 days later. Thank you very much. Wonderful experience as well.

The receptionist is ridiculous. I was late for an appointment to have patch back a poor temporary filling.
Her attitude is simply you are late for your own appointment, too bad. No more slots for you.

Had a dental appointment last week. Crazy pain i had due to a cracked tooth. Dr Ng i saw was very patient and managed to explain exactly what problem i had. Decided to do an extraction as i had to fly off the next day. Was absolutely painless which was very surprising for me. No pain at all after the anaesthesia wore off. Didnt need any painkillers. Well done!

Couldn't get worse to be honest. Here's my incredible experience:
1. Sincere, polite dentist who appears to be meticulous, but skills are likened to an undergraduate waiting for test subjects. Ended up with a severe lopsided jaw after a filling (couldn't feel the difference until the anaesthesia receded).
2. After the anaesthesia subsided, I found tooth debris (like one sharp chunk) within my gums. Free souvenir from them! How thoughtful. Appreciate the kind gesture. Unfortunately I don't think tooth fragments taste good.
3. By the way, I had 3 shots of anaesthesia thanks to the dentist's excellent skills. Might as well numb up my whole body.
4. Google Maps reflected this Ghim Moh outlet under its Clementi branch. Apparently people have been visiting the wrong branches often (Clement's receptionist said so) and nobody bothers fixing it. Yup you'd guess it! Followed Google Maps and I ended up wrong initially.
5. It's a neighbourhood outlet, so the receptionists' services are amazingly local too (not a compliment). Not asking for a world class service whatsoever, but there's barely a trace of happiness. Their attitude suggests visitors may have personal unpaid debts or family rivalry five generations ago.
6. Called to raise this and they're so kind to schedule my next appointment 6 days later. Might as well make it 6 months later. Rectifying a poor job isn't a priority.
Okay on the good side, price is fairly cheap - only benefit I can think of.
