On board the voyager of the sea! The cruise is filled with amenities and programs all day round!

Library, casino, wave boarding, rock climbing, putty Golf, jacuzzi, Swimming pool, magic show, dreamworks. You name it. They got it on the cruise.

The main dining hall was amazing. Every night dinner menu was different and the waiter who served you were the same, friendly and ask about your day. The food was good at the main dining hall. Avoid buffet as much as possible. I would prefer eating a ala carte and nicer meal.

Casino is open after leaving Singapore port and tables with different minimum bid. Please change chips at the table or cashier.

Amazing trip thanks to royal Caribbean.

Good day,

My bad that I'm pretty late on my feedback of half year ago due to overlook.

We were kind of disappointed over the whole trip due to few main reasons. I could see other cruise which my friends went were seemed to be great and less packed. Most important was the staffs' attitude and services:

-Wifi got to pay and it wasn't cheap. Most recreation come with free wifi at this modern days but I was surprised and not please that a few hundred USD of wifi in total was charged for the whole group of us. That was too ridiculous.

-Mineral water cost a lot especially for us more than 10 people, unlike other organisation is free of charge. It's not a norm to charge water especially water is a necessity in daily life.

-Lift Lobby often need to wait more than 5min and always packed with people. The cruise seemed overly packed and wherever we went weren't easy or relax. It seemed more like a market rather.

-The pool was too crowded often. Our cruise seemed like boarded with many groups of tourists from a specific countries hence wherever we went were enclosed by them.

-We were not informed that teenagers were not allow to roam around the cruise after midnight. And I wonder what is the reason for not letting teenagers to walk around like hotel? Anyway, there was a so-called not well trained manager by the name Alan (bald head) walked towards my son and friends and shouted "What you guys doing over here?" My son Sherman replied "What's wrong?" Instead of explaining in the first place, he replied in a rude manner "You all should not roam around!" My son asked why. Alan told him to go and check the rules & regulation. After my son feedback to me, I called up counter to ask where was the "rules and regulation". I could not hear what he was referring, unclear, or liked trying to cover whatsoever. I like to emphasize that nobody told me about this so-called rules. I asked Alan could he deliver his message in a courtesy manner regardless the party was an adult or teenage. He replied me sounded proud that he did replied in a nice manner. i told him the few boys said no and commented that he was very rude. He asked me to go to counter to talk to him if require further clarification!! That shocked me because he should come up if he was in service line which I did not request. Instead, he asked me to go down at that wee hour of 2am. He also asked me to write in if having further doubts. It was very very disappointing.

-We stayed in "Suite" because we hope to have services that were more premium like "Club Med" or being treated special in certain area. Don't get me wrong of wanting to be VVIP or VIP. At least we did not expect that we got to hunt for a table during EVERY lunch at the main floor. We knew there were special queue for us at the Chinese restaurant but we could not be taking the same cuisine everyday anyway right? The hunting of table reminded us the culture in Singapore foodcourt or food center during peak hour. There were people unhappy with us when seeing us need so many tables since we were in a group of 14 while some of us went to get our food. The way of his question seemed very doubtful and that brought us stress everyday.

-During last day of embarkation, the Chinese lady who chase us out of the cruise was rude in expression and impatient. As the initial queue were long and hot, we spend some minutes chatting at the bar. She came over and asked us to proceed with the queue in a unkind manner where the queue could see still line up with people.

I thought it should be more classy than StarCruise but to my shocking, it didn't. That have left a very bad experience with us of a total of 14 people.

Don't bother to come to this cruise, not worth the money:
1. Over crowded. My family has to stand at one corner to have lunch at buffet restaurant.
2. Food is servicing too slow.
3. Wifi coverage purchase from cruise is not available at all places. It is terrible in your room.

You can get better option elsewhere.

Royal Caribbean provides you with one of the best cruises in the world. I went on Voyager of the Seas. They are luxurious and enormous. They provide you with all the services that you need and even more. It's a lifetime experience.

If I'm being honest.. i did not enjoy the cruise. Day 1 was horrible. The food was horrible. The people treat you like your just another number or just another sheep with money. If you don't like crowded areas then don't go here. Other customers were Chinese and when I waved at them they never waved back they never even smiled. You can do all the the things here at your hometown. Please listen to me. Do not go on a cruise. 🚢👎👎

I sailed in 'The Royal Caribbean cruise - Mariner of the Seas'. It's one amazing experience. Luxury and grandeur at its best. The activities, food, view and service was all really good. Once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommended!

Had my cruise in Dec 15. All is well until the two last days, where I purchased the photos and had paid extra for a reprint. But none of the photos turned up in my cabin the next day (as promised by the photo booth staff). Before leaving the ship, I approached the staff (Ms Jamie) and gave her my contact details. She say she will mail the photos to me in two weeks. Its been more than 3 months since and still no photos. I had written in and even called RCCL phone line. Email staff replied that they had written to their photo contractor to address my concern but no replies came from the photo contractor. When I called the hotline to seek redress, the reply was that there is nothing they can do. How can they be so irresponsible! I paid the monies to RCCL and they have to ensure goods are delivered, whether contractor or not. If they had lost the photo, at least a refund and an apology should be offered. Such terrible service!
