Located in middle of shady neighbourhood so safety is a concern.rooms are dirty with certain old spiderweb stench. On the plus point its the cheapest budget accommodation for ppl looking for a short stay

Good for couple of days .. don't have a restaurant .. you got some restaurants out side though .. clean .. but it's noisy out side due to the motor pick work shop nearby.

Quality enough for the cost but remember to bring your own toiletries, packet drinks etc. Hot n cold clean water available on both floors.

What do you expect with the budget rates the hotel is giving? At least, there are shops & shopping mall within walking distance..
