Love the menu, ambience, but the attitude of the staff is shocking they really make you feel that they are doing you a favour. Usually I do not post but this is the third time in 2 weeks to get this attitude that it seems a behaviour trait. Really hope you can sort this out! Good luck

Visited for a breakfast. The menu selection is lovely and the portion sizes are very good (except for the avocado toast).
The service could be a bit quicker as we a received our drinks after the food but it's a lovely place to have a bite to eat.
The venue is elevated off the ground so you can see the horses and riders. Also a very peaceful place.

Great location and ambience but very average food and coffee was from a machine... wouldn’t come all the way here unless there’s something on at the saddle club next door. Service is warm and friendly though!

Visited the cafe on a Tuesday evening, close to 6. The place was quiet and absolutely stunning with the late afternoon sun. Got a table next to the windows and you’ll get to see the horses with their riders and coaches returning to the stables after training. The service was prompt and the staff was attentive. The quality of the food was acceptable and best of all, the parking was free.

not your main kind of attraction to visit for tourists. but we had a great afternoon here. thank you staff for your lovely recommendation

Food is okay. Tried the set which comes with French onion and mussel with the slow roasted pork. The mussels don't taste fresh which is quite disappointing but I guess for the price of the set one can expect not everything to be great. The slow roasted pork and Dessert is good.
Service is average. The one by the door is good and then it just goes down from there. Young staff are still okay, the more senior ones look unhappy to need to clear tables etc, and when we found missing items instead of apologizing, he insisted there is no such item that comes with it until we had to point out the menu then it came. It was probably an isolated case but still made my first visit a dull one😔

Been a while since I visited. It was crowded on a weekend afternoon and wait staff did their best to attend to everyone promptly. Food wise nothing to complain, we didn’t order much as we had lunch earlier. The coffee was sadly below expectations. Good atmosphere to chill part of your afternoon away.

Nice getaway from the bustle of the city. Decent food. Great scenery and greenery! Smell of manure can linger but cannot be avoided unfortunately.

Great ambience, an escape dining place far from busy streets and buzzing vehicles.
Proportions of main dishes are served in moderate amount and dessert amount is close to main dishes.
For easier accessibility will be an issue for those who don't drive or cab or private hire vehicle in. It'll take one about 20 mins to walk from bus/train station.

Had Sunday brunch here with friends. Food was normal good. Tried the Full On and the
brioche fresh toast with honeycomb butter was delish. We were served well, but the food did take some time to come our. Pity they changed the menu, was looking forward to the chocolate cake and the ricotta pancakes.

Celebrated my friend’s hen day here! Nice ambience and environment. We used the entertainer app here and we got 4 mains for the price of 2. Super worth it!

Don’t come here hungry, because the waiting time was ridiculous! Waited 45 minutes after our orders were placed.
Food-wise, pretty decent. But difficult to feel satisfied when the wait was too long!

Came on a weekday for lunch, peaceful and relaxing, staff helpful when came to choices. No rush and nice surroundings. Thumbs up 👆

It's great that the club has opened this cafe to the public. We came here as a family (with a young kid) for breakfast and had a hearty meal. Portions were very generous and the food was good overall. Service was prompt and the staff was very accommodating to our daughter's needs. Would say that the place is rather kid-friendly. The added bonus would be the fact that riders and horses are within sight from the cafe's verandahs.

You'll need to get here by car/bike, or horse. The lovely ambience screams Date Night! Food is great - I recommend the Riders Burger (add the bacon and egg). Service is excellent. To top it all off, cafe overlooks horse stables for a unique view. Best time to come is for a late dinner, when it's nice and quiet.

Old style Singaporean cafe with a distinct feel of the colonial past. The food is amazing, tried the smoked salmon and a Mocha both were nice. It's a bit of a walk if you're taking public transport but very pleasant one. Sit by the windows for a breezy afternoon chat and good food. The place is usually crowded in weekends and reservations are advised.

Our waiter Michael was awesome. Good recommendations and great service..
Colin Low (17/06/2017 03:58)
Terrible, terrible service. Food took 52 minutes before reaching our table. We watched at least 2 tables around us get served, leave, have a new set of customers seated, AND served again, and still no food.
We reached at 11am, and waited 45 minutes before we finally reached the end of our patience and asked the wait staff what was happening. One of their junior staff had the gall to tell us simply that we were next in line, with no acknowledgment of what actually went wrong.
Later, someone came by and told us that our orders just went to the wrong table. So basically, if we didn't ask them about it, they'd just have left us sitting there without our food for god knows how long.
It's a pity. The food is not bad. The ambience is pretty great. But I don't care if you have zero, one, two or even three Michelin stars. Service is the single factor that can mar even the best food experience.
Fix this. Terribly disappointed after looking forward to this all week.

If you like horses this is the place to come in Singapore. Good location, good food overlooking the stables, and magnificent horses to ride. Lots of greenery and if it rains then even better.

Good ambience, has those rustic feels though the weather might get a tad warm on sunnier days. Food is delicious but on the pricier side. Coffee here was the winner for me, delicious and affordably priced; I had two cups :)

Beautiful surroundings with great food. A little warm when the windows are all open, but lovely place to be for a morning coffee!

I think the food and coffee here is decent and the ambience is really nice. The greenery and the horses just make the whole experience so special. Of course with horses come with their poo or at least smell of their poo. More importantly, they had a really smiley and friendly waitress here that made up for the rest of the unfriendly staff that served us. .

Hands down my fave brunch place in Singapore. It's a bit far from the city center but it's worth the drive. Tried their pacific eggs ben which I loved & their dessert (Death by chocolate) is by far the best cake I've had here. Highly recommended!
Julien Schléret (04/03/2017 07:04)
Amazing place for brunch, great location outside busy Singapore, nice atmosphere great staff. Everything we had was good from the smoothies to the eggs, bread and French toasts. Strongly recommend it!
Alastair Tan (12/02/2017 16:47)
Food was good. Price was reasonable too because of the Entertainer app. Unfortunately, this place isn't pet friendly even though horses are in the vicinity.
Vivienne Chong (06/12/2016 17:20)
Amazing view of the horses, didn't feel like I was in Singapore. I think the view made the whole dining experience impressive. Went for breakfast and the food, although on the expensive side, was quite good. Service was also better than average for cafes. Would go again for sure.
Marcus Tang (23/11/2016 09:26)
Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. You will feel like you are in a different country with the nice greenery and as you watch the horses ride around the paddock. Food is excellent with good service
Joanne Lin (23/10/2016 14:04)
Third time at this restaurant. Best thing is that it is located at the saddle club so that you can actually have brunch with the horses in a way! However, you also have to bear the "smell" if sitting on the balcony area. The other seats are also quite noisy over the weekends becoz od the crowds. We personally think that the food is getting ordinary. So, we tried the tacos, which turned out rather disappointing that the beef cubes were chewy and difficult to swallow, and the tacos were soft and cold when served, which made eating very ugly and messy. Coffee is still of the usual and good standard though. Will take a while to consider returning this place.

Pony rides. Great food with beautiful colony architecture building. Definitely a must go place for brunch over weekend😊
Jey Yeo (26/06/2016 03:55)
Over priced and it doesn't taste good at all ( I had the portobello sandwich and I didn't even have half of it). When I told the waiter who clear my plate that it wasn't nice at all, he walk away with the plate. Thanks but no thanks.
Nicholas Yeo (18/05/2016 13:30)
Excellent food, priceless location. No where else in Singapore can you have good food with a country side view complete with horse roaming around and yet pay affordable prices. Also helps that there isn't a dress code
My only complaint is that we have to book about two weeks in advance to make a weekend brunch reservation. Walking in without one is unlikely to payoff.

Beautiful place set back at the edge of Turf Club, in a delightful black and white. Plenty of windows and circulation with soft ambient lighting and an almost colonial-era decor make it a very happy and cozy place to dine. Try the pan fried snapper and death-by-chocolate dessert. Service is perfect. Parking is free and though you could hike it from a bus stop nearby having a car makes it easier. Love this place.
Jonathan Kwa (08/04/2016 09:40)
Great food and great ambience, as long as you don't mind the occasional waft of horseys! It is situated next to horse stables after all!
Great place for a simple lunch.
No AC

Visited this place a while back. You probably need a car to reach this place but once you are there, the al fresco dining experience is probably one of its kind as you can see the horses and their stables. The food is not too bad but I personally find it relatively pricey.
