Attended a wedding banquet at the Royal Pavilion Ballroom which is conveniently located on the ground floor. And the hotel itself is near the main road too. The service during the banquet was top notch. Servers were prompt, courteous, and paid attention to details. Food was good enough to make the overall experience pleasant and memorable.

The Regent in Singapore is very nice and fancy. Greeted upon arrival with clean and comfortable areas. The Tea Lounge was very good that includes a good variety of teas, buffet, a 4 tiered serving of snacks, and dessert. Relaxing environment with live piano and great service. Recommend checking the place out.

A 5 Stars hotel with an excellent restaurant at level 3. It’s a Chinese restaurant Call Summer Palace. The food taste is unique but the price is high. You need to prepare for more than $100 for food excluding beverages. Highly recommended.

Went to the Tea Lounge for a high tea buffet and it was a satisfying treat to the tummy. The spread of food is just right. From savouries to sweets, you literally will find something to stuff your face in. To me, the laksa was most rewarding. Coming close to first are the desserts section, too many to list and I urge u to go over to try it out. As for comfort, tables are a little low for comfort but the cushions and pillows r good to rest on after a full meal/high tea serving. This place is kids friendly both in terms of price and service, so if u r a family person, don't b shy to let your kids feast, and trust me, they will thank you for it.

I had drinks and snacks at the Manhattan bar in regent hotel, service was top notch. We were brought to a table shortly after waiting at the door. They served free ice water and popcorn. Popcorn and water were contently refilled promptly. The food and drinks were affordable. Most items costs $10+. I really enjoyed their fried cauliflower and apple cheese pie. The Apple cheese pie is served in 5 small bite sized balls, sweet but not overly sweet, with a tint of sourness. The cauliflower was pretty filling, tasted a bit like potato wedges at first, served with blue cheese and pistachio dip.

The Regent is located within easy walking distance of Orchard street. The hotel is clean, quite, and the hotel staff is always helpful if you need anything. A great place to stay in Singapore.

The Manhattan Bar is top-notch. Great service and excellent cocktails. The atmosphere has the old speakeasy-feel. Seats are abit limited during peak hours though.

Have a Chinese wedding dinner there. Many separate ballrooms for function use. The food there is from chinese restaurant at the hotel which taste not bad as compare to many 5 stars hotel.
Haven't tried the rest of the facilities there. The place is hard to find without taking cab and own driving. Hotel Car park only entry from hotel main entrance along 1 way road. If I missed, go 1 big round again.

Attended a wedding at the Royal Pavilion Ballroom, and was simply mesmerized by the set up. Grand, porsh and luxurious, the Regent experience begins the moment you set foot into the lobby. Ushered in by friendly staffs along the way, their warm smiles and friendly greetings light up the path into the ballroom; laying down the perfect ambiance for the night. Food served was great. Excellent table services as our utensils and plates were cleared to make way for the dishes that comes after. Didn't had to worry about drinks as they were consistently topped up. The sound system was great as music played through the evening. Lovely. Would love to visit soon.

A good but not prime location. Slightly dated decor with lobby furniture that could use a cleaning. Excellent Manhattan bar.

Attended a wedding lunch at the hotel. Only visited one of the reception rooms and banquet halls. Decor was modern, rooms were clean but some of the chairs looked a bit aged. Service at the banquet was satisfactory. Servers were attentive but seemed to be inexperienced at handling food and pouring drinks.

A very classy hotel with elegant interior design. This hotel also hosts Singapore's best bar and the top 10 bar in the world -Manhattan. It's a great experience with excellent service.

I have the lunch buffet here a couple of times a year. Simply delicious! I love Italian food, so an italian buffet is just a dream come true for me. In terms of hotel and its layout, Regent is beautiful! The service here is very good as well!

Rooms where spacious, toilet so clean and amenities was excellent. Breakfast selection was amazing. The concierge was friendly and informative especially for attractions nearby. Need to have bigger swimming pool.

I just fell in love with my executive suite .. and I loved their great diffrrent choices for restaurants and bars. Really great ! Exceptional service provider ..great food. Peaceful location. Helpful and friendly staffs.. everything is just perfectly done!

Simply Amazing! Stayed for a week on business and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the hotel. The cleanliness and elegance of the hotel is beyond words. The entire staff of the hotel from the front door, the concierge, front counter up to the lounge, they are all so extremely friendly and accommodating. I do want to express my deepest thanks to the staff of the Executive Lounge. They are all truly wonderful! I can't speak highly enough about how they ensured we were all well cared for and satisfied. They went out of their way to ensure we had the small room for meetings when we needed it. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and visiting the lounge along with all the many other accommodations the hotel has to offer. Everything and everyone in this hotel was in a single word: AMAZING!!! I hope to see you all on my next business trip. And if I have the distinct pleasure of coming to Singapore on vacation, no doubt I will stay in the Regent Hotel. Thank You All for everything, I will truly miss this place.

We travel across the world and the one thing we look for is quiet. And this hotel is huge, and quiet. Situated right off Orchard Road, it's the only hotel that has consistently been quiet and we've often slept until noon. I've stayed in many of the hotels in Singapore, all five-star. This is the one that I'd go back to every single time.

Location is simply great. U r close to Orchard Road while if u want u can have privacy. Hotel interiors really nice. Great restaurants ( Italian, Japanese and Chinese). Great concierge service. To be recommended simply because price and quality of service are worth of it.

Had a great dinner at Basilico - husband loved the bread, the appetizers buffet with its selection of salad ingredients, nuts like the pecans which I loved, cheeses, v sweet tomatoes not easily found in supermarkets, fish (smoked), interesting combinations of fruit and cured meats like the ham-wrapped watermelon and more. We ordered our main courses from the menu. Maybe that was where the mistake lay. Instead of choosing from the selection which the waiter said was to be prepared by a really good visiting chef, we opted for the 'for 2' choice of lamb chops, beef and sausage which came in a large pot, covered in a slightly burnt dough/ bready thing which I wasn't sure we were supposed to eat. The meats were okay, but I relied on sauces (and the buffet selection of 4 different types of salt! Cool) for better taste. Also,in the pot, parts of the dried woody things (what are they called? Like rattan strips) used to hold the plate of meats and veg were burnt, leaving SOOT on a fair bit of the potatoes and zucchini. Not the most appetising. Meats not so affected but maybe it's harder to tell! But the dessert buffet again was good, service friendly and very prompt, and ambience classy and quiet. Price was also reasonable for a Saturday night in a posh hotel. We will definitely return sometime.

The Regent Singapore is one of, if not, the finest hotel in Singapore. Located smack in the middle of Singapore"s shopping heart. It impeccable service leaves me fully satisfied. Had lunch in its Italian resturant, Basilico. Just loved the food.

Came to the lobby. Sat down for a bit, admired the floor tiles, reluctant to commit. Wasn't over eager to talk to the familiar faces. Was requested politely to leave. Headed off on one foot. Suspect my hind leg is getting weak. (Just that I came on two and left with my tail curled. between my legs.) May, enquire with the front desk to submit a formal enquiry.

Both a comfortable and efficient place to stay. It's a good option in the heart of the city. Was very impressed by the staff - one of the few places where they remember you without having to check a screen before :)

Attended Saturday brunch. The atmosphere was not ideal- like attending a pub buffet. Children running around and lots of noise. We were sat right by the door with no view. Food was average- nothing special. One of the guests was ignored on 3 occasions for a drink top up. Another guest had a different wine poured on top of the wine in their glass. Some of the staff were good but the others disappointing.

Good location. Near to Orchard and Botanical Gardens. Very classy hotel with a very good bar and restuarants. Served very good sunday brunch. Friendly staff.

Five star hotel in the Orchard area of Singapore. Walking distance from Botanical Gardens. The hotel and the room decor gives a royal feel. A Four Seasons property.

Excellent staff gets to know you better day by day. They remember your name, remember what you ordered, which table you sat at etc. Rooms are very comfortable and the location is an easy five minute walk to Orchard Road for numerous shopping and dining options. The Regent's breakfast and lunch buffets at their Basilico restaurant are fantastic. Very happy with our stay and would choose it again.

Very nice business hotel in Singapore. The room are very large and clean, with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The bar is great but the best thing is the main restaurant of the hotel. The small coffee shop on the lobby is a real plus for a great coffee.

Rooms: the rooms are a little dingy. The limited lights in the room, make the room very dull & dark. The view from the rooms is also very ordinary. Food: the food spread for any of the meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner, is extraordinary. the number of options, and variety on offer, makes it worth every penny spent.
Location: Located on Orchard road, it is in the heart of the shopping district. It is walking distance from the Orchid Gardens, and numerable malls. The bus stop & metro station are also close by, making it very convenient to travel from the hotel.
Wow factor: The hotel provides a complimentary android phone that can be used to make & receive calls, navigation, etc, thereby solving the issue of connectivity for an international traveller

Excellent prompt service by the staff. Breakfast spread is quite limited compared to other hotel. Good if you want a more quiet area though it will take a good 10-15 minutes walk to Orchard road.

5 stars hotel at 4 stars price. Clean, friendly and nice. The restaurants here serve good quality food especially the tea lounge, comes with hokkien mee and prawn porridge.

Nice hotel, fantastic bar (Manhattan). Reasonable fitness centre but mediocre pool. Well located, really worth a trip to the botanical gardens that are within walking distance. Pretty extreme price gouging on restaurant food, it doesn't look anything special and if you eat here you're missing out on a world of fantastic food in Singapore. Overall it's been a good stay and I'd come back... Manhattan was probably the highlight and worth checking out

Beautiful hotel in a central yet quiet area. The design is a little dated but the service is good and everything works. The best thing is that the hotel is dog friendly!

The interior of the hotel is beautiful, although the rooms may be a little aged. The restaurant Basilico on the 2nd floor offers fantastic dining.

Excellent hotel especially for High Tea. The rooms and exterior are a bit dated but they're going through a renovation. Business conference centres are large enough to hold meetings.
