This is the third move we have done with Rodex movers and have been extremely happy with the experience each time. This last move was unexpected and Rodex went out of their way to accommodate the move in a very tight time frame while maintaining a high level of service which is why I will continue to use Rodex for future moves and often recommend them to others.

I had a terrible experience with this mover, so strongly suggest not to use them.
When moving out, the workers placed an ikea cabinet, a small table and other stuff basically at the edge of the stairs, without realising that they could fall down easily. I heard a big bump and all the furniture fell down the stairs, almost hitting my wife that was walking up (well it could have injured or killed her pretty easily). I got really mad at them, the table broke and the cabinet was damaged. Very reckless.
Contacted the admin people of this company for a refund, they hung up, not replying to my emails and SMS.

Emailed to find out how much the boxes costs. They tell me to check out their website for the prices. To be professional, you probably want to send ppl the link in the email itself. I emailed not just one company, you know...... What makes you think I will go and do the search again.
Either you paste the link in the email or send me a pdf on the prices.
Going to website makes me click and click until I find the right page ? Didn't bother since I can't find it easily after a few clicks

We engaged Rodex in Jan’18 for the packing and moving services. While their price was competitive their services were less than stellar. The team that came and did the packing and moving did a good job, it was the admin staff in their office that dropped the ball in my opinion. First of all when we visited their offices before engaging their services, we already have an uneasy feeling with their admin staff. Questions were answered half heartedly, no direct answers were given, they were unsure and unable to answer to most of our queries and we were simply asked to make an appointment for a site survey - which we did. Prior to the move, we made payments and communicated to the staff via emails.. emails were not responded or acknowledged and they were still chasing payments even though we have mode transfers and notified them via emails - this gives me the feeling that they simply didn’t check their emails or transactions. The same problem led on to after the move when we called them to collect the remaining boxes after we unpacked. I had to chase them over several days to get someone to collect the cardboard boxes. Everytime they mentioned they will come on the day, they never showed up, when I called to ask the standard answers given were that they will check with their “counterparts” and return the call. Calls were never ever returned. As I am typing this feedback, they have yet to send someone to pick up the boxes after chasing and waiting around at home for the last 3 days. Do not engage them unless you are ready to put up with this level of service.

I am very happy I made the decision to go with Rodex Movers. The email correspondence prior to the move was clear and timely and Katie was always available to answer any questions. This was my first time moving apartments in the city and she laid out the process clearly. The price was also very competitive compared to estimates I got from other moving companies.
On the day of the move, there were a total of 5 movers led by Azar, and they showed up exactly on time at 9AM as promised. They had me completely moved out of my old apartment in Holland Hill and into my new apartment in Green lane in 2.5 hours. The movers worked extremely fast and helped me pack some last minute fragile materials I needed assistance packing. These guys definitely knew what they were doing.
Overall, the experience was seamless, and nothing was broken. I would definitely recommend these movers and will be using them in the future when I decide to move again.

Ms Amy Liang was consistently very responsive and prompt and helpful - from the initial queries right up till post move. The move team on-site (led by Mostafa) was very fast and efficient, and knew what they were doing, and careful with handling of the items. Would certainly consider using Rodex again for my next move due in a few months time.

Got a quote from Rodex and decided to go with them as their price was competitive and was the most responsive. I moved several times within Singapore and i must say Rodex did a wonderful job. The guys were on time. We had a number of stairs at the new home which i expect a lot more work but they were happy and very hardworking. Would recommend to anyone moving.

Used Rodex Movers as their price was good. Move was quite smooth and I have engaged their packing service. When the items arrived at the new house, noticed that my ikea furnitures some were scratched and the drawer front had a huge dent but I was alright with it as it was IKEA and not expensive to replace. I left it as that. I didn't request compensation.
However, months in, I've noticed that my bedframe has a penknife mark on it. A huge slash. It was my negligence for not checking the condition when its moved in but to be honest the room was filled with boxes and that part was covered. So it was only discovered very much later. The bedframe was new in my previous house so it would likely be the Rodex Movers who accidentally cut it but not inform me about it.
Anyway just to share my experience.

Simply put, Rodex just wants a one-time job. Extremely rude admin staff, movers not experienced enough to organise the boxes at site. Will we use them again? Definitely NO.

Very inconsistent service ranged from very bad to very good. Pre move and post move appallingly bad. Move itself excellent. Pre move did not deliver boxes etc at pre promised times and then left them outside when we were on holiday. Luckily a neighbor took them in or else they would have been ruined. Also difficult to agree arrangements.
Move itself was excellent. We were moving only a 20 minute drive away. They came, dismantled furniture, transported furniture and boxes. Delivered and reassembled in less than three hours. Staff very helpful and courteous.
Again post move totally unsatisfactory and failed to turn up at promised time to collect unpacked boxes. Found it difficult to believe anything that they told you.
Would I use them again. No - as I do not trust them despite a good service on the move day itself.

We just wanted to say thank you for a very professional and efficient move ! Your team leader had his team geared up for a quick, safe and very professional move. All movers were polite and ensured that all items were packed in a proper fashion. Unpacking was fast and they took all cardboard and boxes with them after the move was done. Can only recommend your services to others who need to move as well.

Wow, first of all this isn't their real address. Looks like just a serviced office.
I reserved a moving slot on Saturday morning, 9am. I verified over email and they confirmed.
On the actual morning they didn't show up! And when I called them at 930am, they insisted I had gotten the time wrong and it was actually 4pm.
Of course I knew that wasn't true because I had the email with the time confirmation, but instead I got a scolding from them because "this is the first time they ever had a problem with the customers time"
Fine, I bit my lip, struggled for the next few hours, thankfully found someone else, negotiated with both the condos for an extension and moved.
At 130pm on the same day, I wrote them an email telling them they missed the contracted time and I had to move already (my condo wasn't gonna allow a 4pm move)
Guess what, next day, I get an email from them saying I had cancelled the trip and owed them a 100% of the contract. Even though they didn't show up!
I tried to give them several chances to apologize and move on, but they're beyond unprofessional - they are knowingly mean and bullies.
Avoid them at all cost. I used Gogo Can, and got some hard working people on my second time there. Find literally anyone else, save yourself the headache of dealing with Rodex.

Used them just this week (Nov 2015) and was an absolutely abysmal experience. A real dump-and-run job. Promised us during packing they would drop off some of our old furniture at Salvation Army but denied this the day after. Had little arguments between themselves on the job and caused some serious damage in moving without telling us. Only found out after they had left. Seemed very eager to get the cheque and leave at the end of the day which should have been an indication. Simply very unpleasant and would certainly not recommend them to anyone!
