Nice place for over-night stay, has many huts to sleep in but has lots of sandflies, so must remember to apply insect repellent.

First time visiting Pulau Hantu and heard many "Hantu" (Ghost) stories from Singapore. When I arrived there, believe me- There is NO Hantu around but Heavenly relaxing and calm island where you can
- camping,
- hammock-ing,
- picnic-ing,
- snorkeling
- diving,
- Kayaking,
- swimming at the lagoon,
- studying the ecosystem, (MUST WEAR RUBBER SHOES while walking on the shore)
- searching for marine animals during the low tide,
- crossing over to another island due to low tide,
- fighting to keep your food safe from the only monkey (poor thing) on the island,
- star-glazing if the night sky is cloudless and
- A LOT OF PHOTOS taking!
Basically you have the whole island for yourself, and please keep the island clean. Be responsible.

Good place for dive training. Reef area depth from 3-9. If you dare venture further open into the channel you'd see more lively fishes. Jetty area is slightly deeper and goes up to 18 when tide is high.
Visibility can be poor sometimes. But that makes it even better for training a divers confidence

calm waters makes it safe for newbie divers here. unfortunately due to the lively underwater eco, visibility can b challenging. good days gets you 1.5 - 2m, most days usually 0.5 - 1m
