Go-to place for drinks before/after dinner. Good drinks deals, especially in happy hour, and despite being busy the service is always quick and friendly.
Good for watching sports too, especially Australian ones.

Aussie-themed dive bar with outdoor seating, in the heart of Little India (closest MRT is Rochor).
Pub Quiz every Wednesday night, winning team gets a bucket of cold beer.
The food is not bad, try the fish & chips but avoid the chicken burger.
Toilets could use a good scrub!

Upon entry into premise, it feels like a blast to the past due to the place decor. Mix of old Wild West bar and a typical Dive bar setting..
That blast was full of good vibes:) Simply, one will just soak in the environment naturally;
taking on
their main clientele base i.e a backpacker’s wanderlust mood.
The range of Beers selection might seem limited but
It does pack a good punch to the palate just with that few . Backup by the attractive selling price, it is definitely worthy for recurring visits!

The first bar / pub I went in SG and still a dear favorite. If your either at little India or boat quay it's worth a visit!
The jam jar drinks great for the ladies and the special offer beer is great for the guys. Live bands are often on.

Casual, comfy place for a cold beer after a hot day. Live music on Thursdays. Happy Hours gave me 3 little Asahi beers for SG$15, which is good price here.

Good vibe, great specials and usually busy, but definitely not over crowded.

Great pub. Live music. Draft beer. Friendly staff.

Pretty decent selection of beer. One of few places in town where you can get your routine fix of alcohol at mid noon. But parking can be a little tricky.

Nice pub, friendly staff. A little quiet when I visited but rugby on tv & decent drinks promotion.

This place is a backpackers hostel with a bar downstairs. Since I'm from Singapore, I have no clue what the hostel is like. But the bar makes for a good pick. Here's why - firstly, not many decent bars in Little India, secondly, they have an outdoor section as well with live music on most days and smoking tables, thirdly, they have an indoor section where sports is broadcasted, fourthly, decent selection of beers on tap with a broad choice of spirits and an attractive happy hour, all of these, make this an attractive option.

Good bacpackers. Table quiz was a bit of fun on Weds nights.

Rude staff. Many other great places to try. Don't waste your time here

Happy hour prices are great. Daily until 9pm. Check out their menu on their website. Website is pretty information. Thumbs up for that! Variety of Australian and New Zealand beers. Go for the ones on tap if you like beers! An awesome place to sip some beers while you enjoy the live band
nellingtonium (11/02/2017 11:28)
A few draft beers, good selection of bottles, and all at cheap (for Singapore!) prices. Sport on the tv inside or sit outside in the beer garden and watch the world go by - and no need to walk inside for a topup as there's a serving window straight to the barman 😋

Good range of beers at a good price compared to normal tourist places. Sunday afternoon had a singer/guitarist playing. This was a real oasis of cool and calm in a hectic Little India.

Chill and relaxed place during the week to grab a couple of beers. Dive bar feel at ground floor of a hostel. Nothing fancy. Good deals.

Came here on 2016-Oct-19 for their regular Wednesday pub quiz.
The pub quiz is rather interesting, covering a wide range of topics such as picture (we had to identify airline by their airplane tail), general question, food & drink, movie quotes, and etc. The quiz master is friendly with a strong English accent.
Food is so so. We had beef burger and wedges. Nothing is outstanding. It is reasonably priced, but the waiting time is longer than expected. The service crews are polite, but I think they can be more observant. We had to waved our hand twice before they noticed us.
Alcohol here are decent. They served a variety of shots, cocktail, bottled and draught beer. A bucket of Sapporo costs only 32 SGD, definitely steal of a deal!
Will recommend if you are looking for a cheap place to hangout, with some activities.

The area is one of the most unique in Singapore (which can otherwise feel sterile at times). However there are obvious caveats to the area. It did not feel unsafe though. The bathrooms and showers were a little grim but nothing too bad for the seasoned traveler. The AC in the big room upstairs is shut off at 9am and kept off until around 9pm. Also all the bunk are in one large room, with walls that don't reach the ceiling partitioning off the groups of 4 bunk beds. They do give you coupons for 2 $5 beers, but the one bar tender was very strict about it and a little unfriendly. The internet also did not work in the rooms and from what I heard that is typical. Dan who runs the place was very nice though. Not too far from downtown either. About 10 minutes walk to transport. I would stay again given the price, but many may not be 100% satisfied

Awesome place, chill and laid back. Trivia night was entertaining, don't go alone!
ps: it's a hostel too

Great little bar in the middle of Little India.
Off the beaten track but we'll worth a visit.
Relaxed atmosphere and friendly bar staff.
They serve decent food and a range of beers and drinks.
Long Happy Hour too.

Excellent selection of draughts, fair prices, reasonably good food. Mixed levels of service
