The single room for one is "cabin size" with couch bed and attached bathroom threw in. Not if you need to work on your computer and then the bed is your table and chair! However, it is really conveniently located in the heritage Chinatown of Singapore. Plenty of good food, souvenir stalls etc.

Budget price, budget rooms. While the rooms are small, they have everything you need (even to work from). The low score is because the decor is generally a bit tired.

A great place to rest. Great location, smack right in the middle of Chinatown. Hawker centre, shopping centre, shopping street is just a stone throw from it.
Not a fanciful hotel to being with anyway so with please bear with the small room/bathroom.

not a fan of this hotel at all tiny rooms and the staff could be rude. Didnt even help us move our bags up to the room. i wont be staying here again.

Rest place to stay. It's only a basic hotel with small rooms and simple facilities. But clean, well air conditioned, functional. Staff were helpful, location was excellent.

I was disappointed at the size of the room and how old and dirty the bathroom tiles are. Bed is comfy and soft. Also tv only has a few channels and is not in hd. :(

All Chinatown sites in walking distance. MRT Chinatown (2 lines) 200m away. Small but clean rooms. Free bottle of water every day. Low cost airport shuttle, important when you go for an overseas flight with heavy luggage. A place to return to!

Good location, good price, hotel room has window which is rare for hotel in Singapore within the price range. Although the room I was staying was a bit run down but it was clean. They also provide amenities including coffee and tea. Service was okay, staff was helpful. Overall, I would stay here again.

Rude staff, felt ripped off! Had to upgrade our room twice to bare a decent standard- and we're not super fussy! Attraction tickets were sold even tho staff knew those attractions were closed no refund of course! Though we got ourselves a bargain turned out to be a huge disappointments. Two stars for Singapore loved it- and the location! The hotel really is situated in the center of the beautiful metropole.

A very clean place. Comfy beds. Very close to the MRT. There are food stalls around the area. Good location for tourists.

Good for short stay. Great food nearby. Thin walls don't block out noise. Prepare ear plugs if u intend to get a good sleep.

room is clean, generally spacious. close to eateries and major tourist attraction. though hotel facilities is limited.

Centrally located hotel. Friendly(mostly) staff. Clean rooms. They are very strict about the check out time and charge you if you leave post checkout.

The hotel is located at a good location, but finding it could be difficult. The lobby is nice and clean, but the rooms looks old.

Stayed at the suite of Porcelain Hotel! Amazing and beautiful room! The moment you enter the room you will climb a stairs up to the crib. A open concept bathroom where the shower cubical and toilet are at different end of the room. A huge bathtub was included and situated behind the bed.

Con :
Small room

This is a good hotel. Close to the MRT Station, lots of cheap restaurant but lots of them are good quality, and the room is clean.

Great Location... Friendly Staff... but be weary of the hotel shuttle... if there aren't enough people signed up... the van may become " out of order" and you will have the panic of finding your own ride to the airport after you already paid! Have your Uber account ready to go...or you could miss your flight!
Wong Francis (11/03/2017 16:55)
As expected. The single room is terribly small, although design is quirky and make good use of every niche to be functional. My room had some small Windows which faced the street. Noise level was an issue here, not from the hotel, but from the street such as garbage truck cleaning, people from the restaurants drinking into wee hours of the morning etc. I didn't sleep well at all. Should have given 2 star only but I gave 3 for the design.
Martin Iskandar (04/03/2017 07:58)
Reasonable rate, clean, easy to find food, near Chinatown MRT, not noisy and sorround shopping center.
Kantheera Tipkanjanarat (03/03/2017 01:21)
Convenient location with 5-minute walk to Chinatown/MRT. Unique decoration. The room is a little small and there's no breakfast.

3 stars singaporean hotel.
Nice room and close to chinatown MRT
Take exit E to get the closest access to the hotel
Kim Cruz (05/02/2017 13:21)
The place is easy to find and so close to the train station. The room is small but comfortable. Dont book the single ones if you are tall
Andy Chan (10/09/2016 08:47)
Hotel is within walk distance to train station, shop centre and foods. Central location therefore it is perfect to explore this tiny but rich island country. Hotel is reasonable however room is way too small. Hardly have any room to move, well may not enough
Jon Woods (28/10/2016 05:49)
Great location. Walking distance to a lot of activities and right next to the mrt. Some of the rooms can be quite small, and with no widows so best rooms for the price are the executive queen rooms with windows overlooking mosque Street.
Vincent Morin-Côté (27/07/2016 01:00)
Smallest room I've ever seen anywhere... At least it was clean and cheap! They probably have bigger rooms, but we booked through hotwire so I guess it had to be expected. Location is great.
Robert Chohan (18/07/2016 22:27)
A decently renovated colonial building. The rooms, as expected, are small and many (most!) do not have windows. Still, this is better than other alternatives around Singapore because they are all virtually the same price per night but far more run down or not so centrally located. Would happily stay here again. Friendly polite staff, TV and Wi-Fi

Very central.

Very small rooms.

VIVEK ZAVERI (18/06/2016 08:31)
Nice ambience great experience
Pakij Saengsawang (07/04/2016 20:29)
Great in location. Almost in the middle of Chinatown that makes you have an easy access to all good and cheap foods in Chinatown Street Food. Room is quite small but still fit for 2 adults and 1 kid.
Shevon H. (16/01/2016 16:20)
Located conveniently along Chinatown streets and easily accessible by public transports. The hotel lobby welcoming and staff are friendly. The room may not be big but has the basic amenities.
Vincent lai (12/11/2015 22:51)
The bed was quite comfortable. The pillows however were pretty old. There's hot showers so you do not need to worry. The design of the room is decent for a budget hotel.
