Terrible service. Staff are unsure of their products. Lazy to even check on their system for stock.
It seems it is their routine to "search" on book shelf for 10 mins then get back and say no stock without offering any solution. I had to ask n probe further whether stock will be in soon? Can they get it from any othet outlet.

Popular is the best place to get stationary items. Highly useful for students.
