Very very poor service. Office phone always engaged and not return call even voice mail made. Department need to look this matters seriously. Thank you.

Very poor service. No one is free to answer a call. Very disappointed of the service as this never happened when I was in the Force.

Website is buggy, already made payment but says "waiting for payment".

I am a retired senior police officer. It has been weeks that i called your licensing & Regulatory Dept and each time i left a message for a return call but to no avail. I am curious if anyone is actually looking at our mails or hearing our voice mails. I had made a number of calls on licensing matters and it appears that no one is interested to response to my voice mail. I can be reached at 92336988.

whats the hell happening here, if this is called licencing department which people look high upon, just because its called licencing, but they had a bad service, phone call enquiry a bad, really bad, worse. they should have the best service as it is a well respectful department and they should expect people calling in and asking, but too bad its the same as calling another plumber for a service.
