I came here once or twice to apply for clearance ceritificate. The building is quite nice, very tidy and clean offices. Although they are polices but they served the citizen with smiles of customer service well-trained style. Please keep it up.

The Police Cantonment Complex (PCC) is a high-rise government complex. The complex consists of four blocks of building and consists of a 25-storey tower with 6 to 9-storey podium blocks and a 4-storey basement for parking, services and operational areas. It was officially opened in July 2001. it is of 1 mins walk from Outram Park MRT station via Cantonment Road.

The service provided by the ground staff has improved over the years, Entry to the building is pretty standard with security pass in exchange of your NRIC, and through metal detector gantries. The process of the finger printing and collection of COC is also much speedier, as only 1 trip is needed compared to 2 previously. In addition, finger prints are scanned digitally as compared to ink-based previously.

The entry to the station is pretty straightforward, just bring a photo id (passport, drivers license or identity card) for entry. Do ensure that you do not bring in any sharp objects as u will hv to deposit it at the security counter.
Security is tight at this area, and the officers enforcing the security are vigilant and very polite.
Counter service at COC office is efficient and the officers are extremely polite.
In addition, it is very accessible as it’s located next to the Outram train station exit. Only tricky part is finding the correct exit to the police complex.
