Took my Polar watch which has a broken strap in to check if they could replace under warranty as watch only 13 months old. They took my watch out the back while I waited for only 5 minutes thinking they would return with a large form to fill out, but instead they had already replaced the strap and said good day. Great service, very impressed!!!

Brought my beloved custom-made 625x down to have the battery replaced. Staff chipped the carbon-fiber casing when opening the watch causing it to peel open and snag my riding jacket. Had to make a trip down the next morning, showed watch to staff, they just snipped off the carbon-fiber strip leaving a small chip in the side of case. No apology, nothing offered.

Great service. Changed strap and they were nice to offer free battery as well.
