Communication is easy and uses texts which is extremely convenient. Service for a shower knob leak was great and they even came back the same day to fix the water pressure and heating. Will definitely use them again.

The guy couldn't quote me a range of price when I told him about my water pipe issue, the handyman came concluded that the water tap need to be change.
Quoted me $250 (normal one, 3 mths warranty) and $380 (better water tap with 6 mths warranty)
Not sure about the market price but I personally find it very expensive.
