The sound system is in good quality but need to improve on the aspects of customer services and feedback. Just want to feedback that the number of songs has a number that I wanted and customer service friendliness need to improve as well. Thanks a lot. Rdgs. 😊🌎

Customer service is bad the customer service officer is like scolding us just because we turned all the way up on the audio system, and the way she speaking she like very angry plus I don't understand why we have to lower down the volume for no reason? I pay the money for KTV is mean to be loud not soft, This is the first time among all the KTV in Singapore I received complain.

Called in to book an appointment at 3pm with PLAYLIST KTV but we was told that only have room for us @4pm so we double confirm the timing and the number of people. so when we arrived the ktv @4pm sharp, the staff told us that our timing had been pushed back to 5pm without our notice as she told us that the last group had not end their timing. so can I know whats the purpose of ‘call for booking’? and why do you give us a timing whereby the pervious group had not left? afterall she asked us to wait till 5pm as she mention that ‘its okay since is calculated by time.’ i mean is this the way to handle a booking? we were so angry and we left. what a waste of time.
