Long time waiting in the queue with no staff even asking. After ordering a common combo for two pax, nothing is served within half an hour, not even the soft drinks ordered

Dunno if it's short handed or wat?? Felt tat the service is very bad. Been queuing for 20min but no one approach us. While waiting, heard the counter girl told every take away customer tat need to wait 1/2 hour.
Should sent the staff for Customer Service Courses.. Or let them feel how it's like to be treated transparently..
Bad experience.. bad impression.. surely not going to dine in this outlet any more..

One of Pizza Hut chain in HarbourFront. Location is strategic but too bad limited seating.

The place was very nice. but pizza hut in Singapore is very expensive
