Convenient place of the kids to go to after school. They provide kids arts stuff to our kids while waiting Staff are friendly and food service is prompt, though it takes a bit time to get your order taken. :)

Family friendly restaurant and have always enjoyed the Super Supreme & Hawaiian pizza, plus the chicken drumlets.

Enjoyed the pizza. The other food items are not that great, theirs pizzas are good. Great ambience, clean and spacious. Went with my kids and we had a good time.

Hi,
I just visited your restaurant for lunch at approximately 11.30am today. For starters, your staff at the door took a dirty look at me, and looked away. When I enquired if it was open, the slightly more plump chinese crew (‘Juliana’ is her name on the tag I think) merely said “yes open.” And continued walking in by herself.
After we sat down, I enquired about the 1-for-1 NTUC Card speciality pizza promotion. This same staff told me that it was for Speciality pizzas only. When I enquired “for all?” She said “yes for all speciality”, and walked away.
When she took our order, we ordered 2 Personal Pan pizzas from the Speciality section, and topped up with soup and drink. She took our orders and went on her way.
As we were paying for the bill, another staff (an Indian lady) processed our bill. Despite numerous times trying to figure out the POS machine, it didn’t seem to work. She went in to call her “manager” - and came out with Juliana, who also failed to rectify the problem but used another machine to print out the bill. She passed me the bill and asked me to verify the items charged. I pointed out that there should be a 1-for-1 pizza offer included, which isn’t reflected. At this point in time; this Indian lady said “oh, that offer only for Regular and Large Speciality Pizza... Personal Pan cannot use”. I replied, shocked, “Sorry? Your staff didn’t tell me when I enquired about the promotion earlier. When I ordered and showed her my card she didn’t mention anything either...?”
She merely apologied. I took out my cash and wanted to pay, but she couldn’t use the POS machine again.
Now, they finally called the true Trainee Manager ‘Riah’ - who promptly solved the issue.
This is utterly disgusting service coming from Pizza Hut - a known brand for many years serving quality food.
The amount paid was nothing compared to the disgust I now have for your quality of staff hired at your outlets.

Decent place to have a meal. Pizza is good. The food and service quality had improve a lot since last time I visit.
Usual take away pizza wait time is around 20 mins.

Regular pizza hut offerings. Usually not crowded. Service is not up to par.

This place is worst restaurant i have been. Slow service had to go all the way to the cashier to pay for dinning in. Bad service with poor attitude, I had to go all the way to the kitchen to ask if i can order. The food is dissapointing and soup is very liquidy.. never gonna come back..

Took a long time to serve. Served the garlic bread but not soup to begin. Then they served the pizza. Soup was last? Then the waitress spilled half a bowl of soup. Initially she just wanted to serve the bowl directly. But she took it away, wiped the bowl, replace the plate at the bottom and served the bowl half filled.

Food was horrible. Tasted like microwaved drumsticks.
Did not manage to finish my food. Definitely will not be revisiting the place.
