Pizza is good but waiting time is too long. Service crew needs to speed up.

Not a big outlet and waiting time is more on weekends.

Tried to order, only to be told by waitress to give her a moment, she walked away to do other duties while knowing that I was waiting for her. Walked back and forth around 4 times while ignoring me. Ordered Chicken Pomodoro, chicken not fully cooked. Sauce is too diluted. Disgusting.
I used to come to PizzaHut a lot when I was in my secondary school days. The food standard now is terrible, the customer service is terrible. No wonder the business is failing.
