Closest MRT to NTU, Block 701, Sports Complex, Food Court,Pioneer Mall,Polyclinic,etc...I like the place as it's convenient.

The station is heavily used by residents and NTU students. For many NTU students, it would be faster to catch 179 or the Campus Rider here, as compared to Boon Lay. For 179 bus stop, upon exit of the gantry, you would have to turn left. Whereas for Campus Rider, exit right. There is a bread shop Cake History, which sells their buns for $1 in the evening, around 6pm onwards.

Around the station, there’s a medical centre and sports centre. Other than that, I only could see HBD blocks.
So the users of this station is mostly the residents or maybe patients need to go medical centre.

A relatively new MRT station which is nearest to NTU. Can be crowded with students at times. Don't understand the rationale of putting eateries there which are unsightly and they smell.

Very close to NTU. Taking the campus rider is recommended, although the normal buses would be cheaper too, if you have started your journey in MRT.

Poineer MRT station, one of the newest station in west bound line.
I dislike the idea having eatery outlet at the station (along the link bridge). Yes is convenience but attract insects and rodents/ rats. There is 24hr coffeeshop and shops right there.
Are we willing to sacrifice our Investment?
