Excellent little Italian restaurant located in beautiful black and white heritage house in Wessex Village. Awesome food, ample (and free) parking, both indoor and alfresco seating available. Pasta are made inhouse as opposed to dried commercial pasta used by most restaurants. Reasonable pricing for the quality of food, ambience and service you'll receive. House wine is good as well.

Very good quality food. Probably one of the best Italian in Singapore unfortunately to fare for me. But well worthy.

Tucked away in a secluded corner of Portsdown, this quiet stretch of eateries posses old world charm whereby life was somewhat less hectic in SG. While this Italian restaurant has been operating for a while,it still gives a homely feel with its simple setting, offering a rustic ambience of Tuscany. Prices is similar to the Italian restaurants in the down town area but the portions are generous.
We started with the baked eggplant with parmesan cheese. Subtle flavours, would have been good if it had that more tangy tomato taste.
The mains were the stars of the dining experience. The baked barramundi was light and fresh without any hint of the fact that its probably chilled packed from the sea. A dash of Italian herbs mixed with cheery tomatoes and olives just completes a wonderful dish. The next main came straight out of the Milanese comfort food - the osobucco 😛...braised oxtail on a bed of sfaaorn risotto. The meat is rich and full flavoured with that slight hint of saffron. Yummy although I personally would have prefer a slightly more tender meat. Don't forget to dig those bits of marrow from the oxtail bone. Absolutely fab!

Very good service and very quick in everything. Best food comes out of the menu.
Reasonably priced for the quality of the food, uniqueness and service.

The restaurant is hidden away in a very quiet location. At night you will hear the crickets and cicadas without any urban sounds of traffic or people. So the ambience is perfect for conversation.
The pizza and the ravioli that I had were delicious. The food cost around 40sgd per head.
The vegetarian items on the menu are clearly marked which was a plus for me.

Authentic Italian restaurant with good food, wine and service. Especially like their burrata cheese! Good for 3-4 pax. Better to reserve in advance, together with indoor seating.

Good wine and good service. Wonderful to spend an evening to wind down from a hard day work.

My new favorite Italian restaurant in Singapore. Great food (book your burrata in advance!) in a cosy and warm atmosphere. The wine cellar selection is wide and of very good quality for Italian wines. Ask for Giuseppe's advice. Will definitely come back!

Had a birthday party on sunday with about 12 guests. The experience has been really good from the booking to the accomodative nature of the staff, the food, the ambience.
Would recommend this place to anyone for all of above experiences.
Would like to thank Luca and his staff.

Going to Pietrasant will make you feel like home.
Staffs were very friendly, knowledgeable with what is on the menu.
Very authentic Italian food they are serving! Very reasonable price for what they are serving. And i will never forget to bring back a bag of Almond Biscotti. :D

Great place. Good food. If you don't like mosquitoes make sure you place a reservation for the inside seating.

Best Italian restaurant in Singapore in a secluded location. Authentic ingredients, great wine selection/cellar, friendly staff.

Pretty good food, but not the best I've had. Pasta dishes can be hit or miss here. They ask if you want bread then don't tell you there's a charge for it. Reason why I dropped the rating down 2 stars - pretty poor of them to resort to conning customers.

We quite enjoyed out meal here. Had the Pietrasanta pizza to start and it was quite good, a little heavy on the cheese, but tasted great. The pasta was by far the best part of the meal, black truffle and pork fettuccine. The steak was also good, but as a t-bone it should have had meat on both sides of the bone. This one was lacking on the fillet side.
Staff were quite friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was cosy / casual.

Taste was excellent but the portion size is small relative to the price they charge

Awesome Italian food - was introduced to this place by an Italian friend who celebrated his birthday here. I loved the roasted pancetta... juicy and succulent yet crispy on the outside. Lovely atmosphere.

One of the best places for Italian cuisine from Tuscany. Amid very nice greenery. I would recommend everything except pizza. Quite expensive.

Romantic, cosy, wooden building set amid the greener areas of Portsdown road. Great authentic Italian food with very attentive and polite service makes this a great dining experience.

Love this place. Good consistent food. If you ever got the chance to, try their lobster bisque. Rich and flavorful, with toppings of other seafood. Their pasta are nice too, though serving is a little small for me. Last but not least, love their burrata. A must for burrata lovers.

Chanced upon this charming Italian restaurant after interviewing a wedding photographer. The food is amazingly good and rather affordable. The waiting staff are so friendly and they even remember you. We have frequented this place regularly and found the quality and standard consistent. Highly recommended!

Good food and wines. The service is generally great especially considering Singapore standards. The desserts are great as well. The setting is pretty awesome. Make a reservation as they do get very busy.
Gerald Chan (01/10/2016 10:18)
Excellent place for Italian food and well worth the cab ride needed to enter. Public transport end at around 8pm so plan ahead if you're planning to travel in on the cheap. Otherwise grab a cab. The burrata is a must order!
Kiesha Prem (16/08/2016 11:19)
Very good Italian food run by Italians. Good selection of wine and very good burrata cheese.
Please make a reservation cause they do get very busy even on a Monday night. They are also closed on Tuesdays.
Tansy Tan (28/07/2016 15:46)
We ordered the cold cuts with cheese as appetizers. They also served bread with olive oil and vinegar complimentary. The cold cuts were really good. It was a good start to our meal! Then we ordered a steak and pasta with truffle. And they offered to divide the food into two servings so that we could have both dishes on our plates. A really cozy place for a dinner date or a special occasion. Do make reservations beforehand to avoid disappointment. It was full house on a saturday evening! They only oen in the evening though.

The burrata is to die for. Pizza was a little too chewy though.

Probably the best italian restaurant in Singapore. Very cozy environment, friendly service from the staff and fantastic food. Strongly recommend the pizzas and lamb shack. Clams soup is very good as well.

Great and attentive service staffs.
Food was absolutely flavorful and great servings. Traditional.
Venue: very laidback and relax. Sufficient lighting for enjoyment of food but doesn't feel too dark
Nice place for all purpose.
Personally the best Italian restaurant. Been here many times and will keep coming
