Furnishing a home is no easy task. With the variety at Picket and Rail we had a difficult time deciding what to choose. Sunny at the City Square Mall was very knowlegle and spent a lot of time with us over a few days to help us. He goes the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We are immensely appreciative of his time and can’t thank him enough!

First time there and was very pleased with the efficient and patient service by staff, Sunny. Appreciate that he had went the extra mile to make sure that our requests are met. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have many range to choose from but ultimately with their professional experience, they help us to make the right choice. Will definitely come again to make other purchases.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Xzavier was so attentive to our needs and was able to recommend the best sofa to match our home and our taste. One of the best retail consultants we have dealt with and so patient and polite!
We have actually been looking for the right sofa place for a few weeks and we were very pleased to choose Picket & Rail.
Bonus: Because they knew that we just moved into our new place, we were offered a loan sofa until our purchased sofa arrives. This kind of customer service doesn’t came around that often! Fully recommended!

Employer, Gino, was very approachable and friendly. He managed to explain the difference between mattresses and was very patient with us. Will definitely pop by again :)

Great place, met Sunny at Tagore showroom but two days later he was transferred to City Square showroom. As we were exceptionally happy with Sunny’s impeccable service attitude, we came all the way down to City Square to seal the deal with him. 👍🏻

Served by ALEX Lee , the Sean Dix series is really an elegant piece of furniture. The table top is very detailed with wood grain and yet smooth to touch. The hinges and joints are done nicely as well.

Bought a bed from Picket and Rail. Joyce is very friendly and approachable. She help to filter our choices with patience. Very good and happy furniture shopping time with her. Will be back for more furniture.
