Bought a dining table set and 3-seater sofa here. Love the unique homely feel of the furniture selection. The shop attendant was v patient in answering our questions and not pushy in sales either. Great shopping experience.

Ordered 2 mattresses. One to be delivered on 8.3.17 n the other 12.7.17.
Received sms from ninja van that they will deliver both on 2.3.17.
Called picket n rail (IMM) branch and the girl said to call the ninja van number cos it's not their problem anymore. Huh?
I Called ninja van, of course no answer. :(
So how to resolve this?????

Picket and Rail products are mostly using real solid wood which seems to last forever. Knock and feel the weight of their furnitures to feel how different is the quality compared to other furnitures that looks good but can't take the grunt of day to day use. i have a 12years old dining table that is still as solid as day one.

Confirmed our order and delivery date upon purchase at store with delivery date set at a mth after purchase. Texted a couple of days before the delivery date to say that they had set the delivery date wrongly.i had already booked my leave by then. Did not allow refund and made me wait 1.5 more mths for the delivery. And also expect me to take leave to accommodate THEIR delivery timing. Worst experience ever.
